摘要: An automatic weapon system including a gas evacuation opening formed in a bore of a barrel, a gas evacuation chamber, a barrel immobilizing device, a slide, a weapon frame with guides for guiding slide movement, a return spring mechanism of the slide and the breech. The gas evacuation chamber is disposed at a near-bore space located at the barrel bore outlet, a front wall of the chamber located at the barrel bore outlet is attached at the barrel outlet and having a lower part resting on a weapon frame. A rear wall of the chamber is formed by at least one bridge assembly having one end attached to the slide and another end sliding along the barrel, the bridge assembly is formed by a substantially flat plate having a groove extending from the barrel to the frame and sliding along the barrel, at least one sealing gasket. The frame of the weapon serves as the lower part of the evacuation chamber, the slide serves as upper and side walls of the chamber, a downwardly directed ledge provided at the front of the slide.

The first end of the firing pin extends through a firing pin opening of the cam pin to retain the cam pin. The firing pin retainer of the operating rod assembly engages the second end of the firing pin so as to retain the firing pin.

摘要: A firearm accessory mount is an apparatus that maximizes the mounting surfaces on a firearm while allowing the interchangeability of a barrel onto and off of the firearm. The apparatus includes a left tactical rail, a right tactical rail, a gas-cylinder clamp, an upper tactical rail, and an elongated fixture with a transversal arc-shaped cross section. The left tactical rail, the right tactical rail, and the upper tactical rail allows for a variety of firearm accessories to mount onto the apparatus. The gas-cylinder clamp attaches the apparatus onto the gas cylinder. The elongated fixture braces the barrel while attached to the firearm. The arc-shaped cross-section of the elongated fixture allows the barrel to be replaced or a new barrel to be attached without altering the position and orientation of the firearm. The apparatus further includes a lower tactical rail that allows the mounting of firearm accessories beneath the gas cylinder.

摘要: An improved bolt and bolt carrier with integral gas key having an extension nozzle threadedly secured and pinned to the gas key for use with a direct gas operated firearm is provided. The extension nozzle is designed to receive a portion of the host firearm's gas operating system. The firing pin retaining pin is oriented so as to expose its widest profile to the firing pin's annular flange, increasing its service life. The bolt has a plurality of lugs extending from its forward end. The extractor recess is constructed so that the face of the bolt is round and the adjacent lugs fully supported. The extractor engages approximately 17% more of a seated ammunition cartridge's rim as compared to the prior art AR15/M16 extractor. The result is an improved bolt and bolt carrier which provides for increased operational reliability.

摘要: A semi-automatic or automatic rifle comprising a barrel attached to and upper receiver and including a compressible bolt carrier extension system. The compressible bolt carrier extension system includes a bolt carrier, an extension spring, two pins, and a reciprocation bolt carrier extension piece. As a whole, the compressible bolt carrier extension system makes possible the use of elongated upper and lower receivers to be used for chambering long-action or other center fire cartridges for use with AR rifles such as the M-16, and M4 etc., eliminating the need for any buffer or buffer tubes other than those commercially available. A further advantage of the compressible bolt carrier extension system is the reduction of felt recoil as the system fully loads during the recoil stroke as it pushes against the buffer absorbing additional recoil energy. The system can be incorporated into firearms using a variety of cartridges.

摘要: An upper receiver and barrel assembly includes an upper receiver, a barrel assembly and a gas piston assembly. An upper receiver housing receives a shotgun shell cartridge and the bolt carrier group includes a bolt carrier, a bolt within the bolt carrier, a firing pin and an ejector pin to expel fired shells. The barrel assembly includes a barrel, a barrel extension and a barrel nut to secure the barrel and barrel extension to the upper receiver housing. The gas piston assembly includes a piston body, a piston end cap and a piston bonnet configured to slidably receive the piston end cap therein. A piston gap is defined between the piston end cap and the bonnet end wall. The barrel defines a gas port fluidly connecting the open bore of the barrel with the piston gap. A biasing member urges the piston toward the bonnet.

摘要: A gas regulator for a rifle, having: an elongated member having a first end and a second end; a head portion located at the first end; a pair of openings passing through the elongated member, wherein one of the pair of openings is larger than the other one of the pair of openings; a recessed area located at the second end; and wherein the gas regulator is located in a front sight of the rifle, the sight, comprising: a mounting block; a tower pivotally mounted to the mounting block for movement between a first position and a second position; a first locking mechanism comprising a plurality of spring biased members for retaining the tower in the first position and the second position, the plurality of spring biased members being configured to allow movement of the tower between the first position and the second position in response to a force applied to the tower; and a second locking mechanism configured to lock the tower in the second position, wherein the second locking mechanism must be manually released before the tower can be moved from the second position to the first position.
