    Abstract: The electric screwdriver apparatus control method is executed by an electric screwdriver apparatus. A processing module of the electric screwdriver apparatus loads a configuration data, and the processing module controls a motor module to accelerate a rotational speed to a target rotational speed. When a revolution number exceeds a first revolution number, the processing module controls the motor module to decelerate to a first rotational speed. When a torque value exceeds a first torque value, the processing module determines whether a fastening process of a screw ends with a hard stop or a soft stop according to the configuration data. If the fastening process ends with the hard stop, then the screw is additionally tightened for a hard stop angle, vice versa. The processing module tightens the screw according to the configuration data, the torque value and a rotational speed value, improving the process of fastening the screw.

    Abstract: A screw fastening apparatus for fastening a screw member having a bearing surface with respect to a member to be fastened by rotating the screw member from a theoretical seating point to a target rotational angle, including a rotational angle sensor which senses rotational angle values of the screw member for fastening the screw member, a torque detector which detects torque values for fastening the screw member, a torque value difference detector which detects a plurality of torque value differences, each of the torque value differences is a difference of the torque values detected at intervals of a constant rotational angle, a slip detector which detects a slip of the screw member with respect to the member to be fastened, from an average of the torque value differences, and a screw fastening discontinuing unit which instructs to discontinue the screw fastening when the slip is detected by the slip detector.

    Abstract: A system for verifying proper functioning of industrial screwdrivers placed on a test bench is provided. The bench includes a plurality of hydraulic brakes, with which the screwdriver is associated, controlled by a hydraulic circuit including a pump, which withdraws the fluid from a reservoir and provides it to a pressure regulating valve, which in turn provides it to the brakes. Each brake is provided with measuring transducers connected to an electronic driver board, which also controls the regulating valve. A hydraulic distributor is present between the brakes and the regulating valve, the hydraulic distributor including solenoid valves able to select, operate and control the hydraulic pressure of each brake to which it is selectively connected. A computer communicates with the board and includes a driving program stored thereon capable of progressively increasing the braking capacity of the brakes according to a preset braking torque/brake rotation angle curve.

    Abstract: A test device (10) for testing screwing devices, comprising a shaft (14) with an end (15) for connection to a screwing device and an opposite end (16) for connection to a joint to be screwed. The device (10) further comprises a first transducer (18) for detecting the rotation angle of the shaft (14) and a second transducer (19) for detecting the torque transmitted by the shaft (14) between the two ends (15, 16). The device (10) further comprises a control unit (20), an NFC communication module (31), a memory (30), and means (24, 31) for communication with the outside. The control unit stores in the memory (30) an identification code received from the NFC communication module (31) and associates it in the memory (30) with test data obtained from the first and second transducers (18, 19). Then the communication means (24, 31) send to the outside data obtained from the contents of the memory (30). A method for testing and managing the tests and a system which comprises in addition to the test device (10) also at least one NFC tag (33) are also described.
