摘要: The invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire with a material ring (10) inside it, adhesively attached to the inner surface opposite from the tread (1), the material ring (10) adhering to a self-sealing sealant (8), which at least immediately after its application has a tackiness required for the adhesive attachment of the material ring (10).

摘要: The invention is directed to a pneumatic vehicle tire with a foam sound absorber therewithin and adhesively attached to the inner side opposite from the tread. The sound absorber has a contact side, by which it adheres to a previously applied, self-sealing sealant. The sealant has a tackiness required for the adhesive attachment of the sound absorber. 摘要: The present disclosure relates to a four-proofing safety tire including a conductive tread rubber layer, a supporting rubber layer, a tire explosion-proof rubber layer and a memory chip, wherein the conductive tread rubber layer can be formed by embedding, in the tread, a belt of narrow conductive rubber penetrated all the way to the inner cap ply or can be formed by adding carbon nanotubes or graphene conductive metamaterial to the tread formulation; the supporting rubber layer is a layer of rubber affixed on the inner wall of the sidewall when the tire is molded, which has a cross section with the shape of half slice of a willow leaf; the tire explosion-proof rubber layer is an explosion-proof layer added on the outer side of the inner liner provided on the inside of the ground-engaging tread of the tire; the memory chip is a special chip structure implanted in the sidewall portion of the tire without affecting the performance of the tire. The anti-static effect of the conductive tread formulation for the tread is excellent; the chip implantation technology can make it possible to trace the product information at any time; a layer of highly stable and highly viscous fluid coating inside the tire prevents air leakage; the support rubber is provided on the inner wall of the sidewall, which effectively reduces the damage to the tire caused by puncture to improve the air-captive property of the tire.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a tire including a sealant layer and a sound-absorbing material layer, and the tire includes a sound-absorbing material layer which is adhered to an inner surface of the tire and a sealant layer which is disposed between the inner surface of the tire and the sound-absorbing material layer and includes a sealant for adhering the sound-absorbing material layer to the inner surface of the tire.The tire has noise reduction performance while enabling a self-sealing operation to be carried out when a tire puncture occurs by adhering a sound-absorbing material layer to a sealant layer applied to an inner surface of the tire, improves flowability of the sealant by increasing average pore size of a sound-absorbing material, thereby reducing specific surface area between the sealant and the sound-absorbing material, and prevents fine pieces of the sound-absorbing material from deteriorating function of the sealant and can also maintain noise reduction performance by decreasing adhesion specific surface area between the surface of the nail and the sound-absorbing material even when a nail reaches the sound-absorbing material by penetrating the tire and the sealant.

The pneumatic tire may have at least one puncture resistant ply constructed from a fiber reinforcement oriented circumferentially around the tire and providing circumferential reinforcement. The fiber reinforcement may be spirally wound around the carcass of the tire, wherein adjacent edges of the fiber reinforcement may overlap to form a continuous puncture resistant ply across the axial width of a crown portion of the tire. The pneumatic tire may incorporate at least one puncture resistant ply in place of at least one belt to provide both circumferential reinforcement and puncture resistance for the pneumatic tire.
