Abstract: Aspects relate to techniques for enhancing sidelink scheduling information to include a priority assigned to a sidelink transmission. For example, a transmitting wireless communication device may receive sidelink scheduling information scheduling a sidelink transmission from a transmitting wireless communication device to a receiving wireless communication device. The sidelink scheduling information may further include a priority indicator associated with the sidelink transmission. The transmitting wireless communication device may then transmit the sidelink transmission to the receiving wireless communication device based on the scheduling information. The priority indicator may further facilitate hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook construction on the sidelink and uplink for the transmission of acknowledgement information of the sidelink transmission.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to discovery signaling for sidelink communication are provided. In one aspect, a first user equipment (UE) transmits, to a second UE in a first slot and a first portion of a subband of a shared frequency band, a synchronization communication, where the synchronization communication indicates a location of a discovery signal in a second portion of the subband of the shared frequency band. The first UE also transmits, to the second UE in the first slot and in the second portion of the subband of the shared frequency band, the discovery signal.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and a base station. The UE receives a configuration for a plurality of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) occasions each SPS occasion including multiple opportunities for a downlink transmission by a base station. The UE monitors for the downlink transmission during one or more opportunities of an SPS occasion. The base station transmits a packet to the UE in an opportunity of an SPS occasion based on an arrival time of the packet. In various configurations, a base station may transmit first information via a first communication opportunity and second information via a second communication opportunity of that same SPS occasion. A wireless communication device may monitor all communication opportunities of an SPS occasion to decode the information sent in two or more of the communication opportunities of the SPS occasion.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine an adjusted contention window size for a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure that increases channel access time fairness between a plurality of different groups of UEs. The UE may determine, via the LBT procedure, that a channel is idle based at least in part on the adjusted contention window size. The UE may transmit, to other UEs in a group of UEs that includes the UE, control information that enables a group channel occupancy time (COT) associated with the channel to be shared with the other UEs in the group of UEs. In one aspect, a base station (BS) may generate and transmit the control message to a user equipment (UE) to identify active radio link control (RLC) entities, a primary RLC entity, or other parameters relating to packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) duplication-based communication. In this case, the UE may use the control message to select an RLC entity and may transmit protocol data units (PDUs) to the BS using a data radio bearer (DRB) and the selected RLC entity.

Abstract: Aspects relate to wireless communication where a master node (MN) or a secondary node (SN) may initiate a conditional addition of a primary secondary cell (PSCell) or a conditional change from one PSCell to another PSCell. Each candidate target PSCell may provide information to be used by the MN to generate a conditional PSCell addition (CPA) configuration or a conditional PSCell change (CPC) configuration that is sent to a user equipment (UE). This information may indicate an execution condition for each candidate target PSCell and/or radio bearers that each candidate target PSCell supports or does not support. An MN may modify a master cell group (MCG) configuration for a PSCell based on information received from a target SN with an secondary cell group (SCG) configuration for the PSCell. The MN may transmit a CPA or CPC configuration including the modified MCG configuration and the SCG configuration to the UE.

The apparatus operates based on the modified subset of UE capabilities when multiple USIMs are active at the UE.
