    摘要: A first electrode is formed on a stacked-layer film, which is formed of a ferroelectric layer and a semiconductor layer, at the ferroelectric layer and a plurality of second electrodes are formed on the stacked-layer film at the semiconductor layer side. Each of parts of the semiconductor layer located in regions in which the second electrodes are formed functions as a resistance modulation element (memory) using the polarization assist effect of the ferroelectric layer. Information (a low resistance state or a high resistance state) held in a memory is read by detecting a value of a current flowing in each part of the semiconductor layer. Information is written in a memory by inverting a polarization of the ferroelectric layer.

    摘要: In a link rod manufacturing method, a bracket material (14) having a ring portion and a mounting projection (15) is made by extrusion molding a material at the length corresponding to a plurality of brackets. On a forward end of the mounting projection (15), an engaging projection (17) with upper and lower steps (7a, 7a) is formed. An arm (2) is made by extrusion molding and regular-size cutting a material in a substantially I-shaped configuration which has a pair of first and second walls (20, 21) parallel extending on upper and lower sides and a third wall (22) crossing at a right angle and connecting these walls. A notch (23) is formed on an end of the third wall (22). When the engaging projection (17) is engaged with the notch (23), each of ends of the first and second walls (20, 21) on the side of ends 2a of the arm 2 is fitted onto the step (7a, 7a) and butted against a vertical wall (17b). Surfaces in the vicinity of butted portions (6) formed in this way forms a plane tool traveling surface and are supported on the insides thereof by the engaging projection (17) to prevent deformation. Therefore, the friction stir welding is carried out along the butt portion (6).

The electric potential measuring device includes: an oscillating device which includes torsion springs, and an oscillating body axially supported by the springs to oscillate; and signal detecting unit which is located on a surface of the oscillating body. A capacitance between the detection electrode and a surface of an electric potential measuring object is varied by varying a distance therebetween by the oscillating device, whereby an output signal appearing on the detection electrode is detected.

    摘要: An optical deflector comprises a vibration system and a driver. The vibration system includes a first oscillatory moving element having a reflecting surface, a second oscillatory moving element, and a support. The first and second oscillatory moving elements are resiliently supported respectively by first and second torsion springs to be able to torsionally vibrate about an oscillation axis with respect to the second oscillatory moving element and to the support. The vibration system has natural oscillation modes with different frequencies about the oscillation axis. The first and/or second torsion spring has torsion leaf portions torsionally deformed about torsion axes parallel to the oscillation axis. One end of each torsion leaf portion is coupled to an end of another through a connecting portion, and the other end is coupled to one of the first and the second oscillatory moving elements and the support directly or through a connecting portion.
