Abstract: A wide voltage trans-impedance amplifier includes a first P-channel metal oxide semiconductor (PMOS) transistor PM1, a second PMOS transistor PM2, a third PMOS transistor PM3, a fourth PMOS transistor PM4, a fifth PMOS transistor PM5, a first bias voltage VB1, a second bias voltage VB2, a third bias voltage VB3, a first N-channel metal oxide semiconductor (NMOS) transistor NM1, and a second NMOS transistor NM2. A common-gate amplifier detects a change of an input voltage, and a negative feedback is constructed by injecting a current into a current mirror to achieve a low input impedance. The trans-impedance amplifier uses a common-gate amplifier to monitor an input voltage and uses a current mirror to perform the transconductance enhancement on an input transistor, while ensuring a relatively high loop gain.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a roller-type omnidirectional physical exercise platform, mainly including a housing, a plurality of groups of alternately-placed spiral rollers disposed inside the housing, a motor configured to drive the spiral rollers. The spiral rollers include clockwise spiral rollers and counterclockwise spiral rollers. Roller bodies of the clockwise spiral rollers are obliquely embedded with rotatable wheels at particular angles. Two ends of the roller are mounted with gears and bearings providing a support function. The counterclockwise spiral roller is mirror-symmetrical with the clockwise spiral roller. The present invention presents an active omnidirectional physical exercise platform. Compared with a passive omnidirectional exercise platform, a human body does not need to be strapped, thereby providing more real movement experience, effectively resolving a problem that movements in a virtual space are limited by a real space, and achieving features such as low noise and a slim machine body.

Abstract: A nonlinear disturbance rejection control apparatus and method for electronic throttle control systems are invented to control the electronic throttle system and to achieve a continuous finite-time disturbance rejection control goal. A control sub-apparatus and method are proposed with an observing sub-apparatus and method for controlling the opening angle of an electronic throttle valve. A mathematical model of the electronic throttle system is analyzed and a control-oriented model is presented with the formation of a lumped disturbance. With combination of the continuous terminal sliding mode control method and the output feedback control method, based on the finite-time high-order sliding mode observer, the preferred control performance is guaranteed, where both the dynamic and static performance of the system is effectively improved.

Abstract: A low-temperature drift ultra-low-power linear regulator includes eight PMOS transistors, two resistors, two capacitors and three NMOS transistors. The eight PMOS transistors include PMOS transistor PM1 to PMOS transistor PM8. The two resistors include resistor R1 and resistor R2. The two capacitors include capacitor C1 and capacitor C2. The three NMOS transistors include NMOS transistor NM1, NMOS transistor NM2 and NMOS transistor NM3. From right to left, the linear regulator includes a PTAT voltage core starting circuit, a PTAT voltage core circuit, a negative temperature characteristic generating circuit and a driver stage closed-loop control circuit. PM5-PM8 form a feedback circuit. The feedback circuit clamps the current flowing through PM6 to be proportional to PM2 to obtain a temperature-stable output voltage, and can dynamically adjust the gate voltage of PM5 according to the change of load current to output different currents according to the load demand.

Abstract: The invention discloses a beam domain optical wireless communication method and system. A base station is equipped with an array of optical transceiver ports or transmitter/receiver ports and a lens, each optical transceiver port forms a beam with centralized energy through the lens, and the base station generates beams in different directions by using the optical transceiver port array and the lens, thereby realizing multi-beam coverage or large-scale beam coverage in a communication region. The base station transmits/receives signals of multiple or a large number of user terminals by using channel state information of each user terminal, and different optical transceiver ports transmit/receive signals in different directions, thereby realizing simultaneous communication and bidirectional communication between the base station and different user terminals.

Abstract: A two-way adaptive clock circuit supporting a wide frequency range is composed of a phase clock generating module, a phase clock selecting module, an adaptive clock stretching or compressing amount regulating circuit module and a control module. The adaptive clock stretching or compressing amount regulating circuit module can monitor delay information of a critical path in a chip in real time and feed the information back into the control module. After receiving a clock stretching or compressing enable signal and a stretching or compressing scale signal, the control module selects a target phase clock from clocks generated by the phase clock generating module to rapidly regulate an adaptive clock in a current cycle. The present invention is applied to an adaptive voltage frequency regulating circuit based on on-line time sequence monitoring.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a high-power machine drive system based on a modular multilevel converter (MMC), which belongs to the technical field of power generation, power transformation, or power distribution. The high-power machine drive system consists of a modular multilevel converter and a multi-pulse cycloconverter. The MMC outputs k phases of high-frequency AC voltages with a phase difference of 2π/k, and the multi-pulse cycloconverter outputs a low-frequency voltage to drive a corresponding machine. According to the present invention, the MMC is combined with the multi-pulse cycloconverter, and by adopting the MMC that operates at a high frequency, the capacity, the volume, and the weight of the energy storage capacitor of the MMC are reduced, the voltage level at the DC side of the MMC is increased, and the capacity of the drive system is increased. By adopting the multi-pulse cycloconverter, quality of an output waveform at a machine side can be guaranteed, thereby implementing low frequency control on the machine. The present invention may be adapted to drive a high-power low-speed machine.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a built-in hybrid permanent magnet memory motor with local magnetic circuits in parallel, including a hybrid permanent magnet rotor, a stator, armature windings and a rotating shaft. The armature windings are disposed on the stator, and the stator is disposed outside the hybrid permanent magnet rotor. The hybrid permanent magnet rotor includes a rotor core, first permanent magnets, second permanent magnets and V-shaped magnetic barriers. The rotor core is disposed outside the rotating shaft, the V-shaped magnetic barriers are disposed inside the rotor core, the V-shaped magnetic barriers with openings facing outwards are equally distributed in a circumferential direction of the rotor core, the first permanent magnet is disposed in the opening of the V-shaped magnetic barrier, the second permanent magnet is disposed between the two adjacent V-shaped magnetic barriers, a coercivity of the first permanent magnet is greater than a coercivity of the second permanent magnet, and cross sections of the first permanent magnets and the second permanent magnets are in a straight line. According to the present invention, the problem that the size design of the permanent magnet is limited by the space position is solved, and the anti-demagnetization ability of the low-coercivity permanent magnets and the flux weakening ability of the motor are enhanced.
