    Abstract: A turnover mechanism is used for turning a fixture and a workpiece positioned on the fixture, which includes a support bracket, a first turning mechanism, a movement mechanism, and a second turning mechanism. First turning mechanism includes a first rotary driver, a first clamping driver and two first clamping members oppositely positioned on the first clamping driver. The first rotary driver is positioned on the support bracket and connected to the first clamping driver. The first clamping driver drives the first clamping members to clamp the fixture and the workpiece. The first rotary driver rotate the first clamping driver and the two first clamping members to such that the fixture is driven to be rotated on a reverse side. The movement mechanism reaches the first turning mechanism to transfer the workpiece to the second turning mechanism. Second turning mechanism is mounted on the support bracket, clamping and turning the workpiece.

    Abstract: A size inspection device includes a detecting platform, a positioning assembly, four first detecting assemblies, four second detecting assemblies, a third detecting assembly, and a controller. The detecting platform includes a mounting plate. The positioning assembly is detachably mounted on the mounting plate for holding the workpiece on the detecting platform. The controller is electronically connected to the first detecting assemblies, the second detecting assemblies, and the third detecting assembly.     Abstract: A method for a device to monitor performance of a manufacturing machine which is equipped with a fixture for holding a workpiece, the fixture having at least one fixing hole, includes obtaining actual coordinate values of the fixing hole in a plurality of machining processes and calculating a standard deviation of the coordinates in at least one axial direction according to the actual coordinate values and a preset standard coordinate value. A risk index in at least one axial direction is calculated according to the standard deviation and a preset tolerance and a determination made as to whether risk index exceeds a preset threshold. A warning is sent to the machine and supervising engineer if the risk exceeds the preset threshold. A machine monitoring device and a computer readable storage medium are also provided.

    Abstract: An electrical connector assembly includes a male/plug/first connector and a female/receptacle/second connector mateable with each other.
