The movable panel may be coupled with the stationary panel and configured to move relative to the stationary panel. The bottom edge of the movable panel also may include one or more semicircular-shaped notches and the combination of the panels may form one or more ring sizing holes that have an associated first height when the movable panel is in the first position and a larger second height when the movable panel is in the second position.

    摘要: A system and method for measuring an inside diameter of a pipe to determine if it exceeds a predetermined value using a plurality of fingers operatively connected to a spring. When in a fully extended position, the distance between opposite fingers is the predetermined value. The fingers are pivotable between a starting position, through the fully extended position, and to a failing position. In the starting position, an outer end of each finger engages an inside surface of the pipe to compress the spring. If the diameter exceeds the predetermined value as the system moves through the pipe, the pipe inside surface will no longer engage the fingers, which releases the spring causing the fingers to pivot to the failing position, where they remain until the system is removed from the pipe and manually reset.

    摘要: A flatness measuring apparatus includes a measuring assembly and a movable assembly. The measuring assembly includes a measuring unit. The measuring unit includes a supporting base, a loading block, and a limiting block mounted above the supporting base. The supporting base defines a receiving hole. The loading block is removably received in the receiving hole. The loading block is coplanar with the supporting base and cooperatively defines a limiting channel. A distance between the limiting block and the supporting base is substantially the same as a maximum allowable height of a workpiece, thereby only allowing qualified workpieces to slide therethrough and catching unqualified workpieces. The movable assembly connects to the measuring assembly to drive the loading block to disengage from the receiving hole and make the unqualified workpieces drop down from the measuring unit.
