Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, a terminal device, a network device, and computer program products for SCell management in wireless communication. A terminal device receives from a network device configuration information for configuring a triggering mode. The triggering mode is for triggering activation of a secondary cell of the terminal device and a transmission of a temporary reference signal in the secondary cell. Based on the configured triggering mode, the terminal device receives first triggering information on the activation of the secondary cell and second triggering information on the transmission of the temporary reference signal for performing the activation of the secondary cell. In this way, it is possible to reduce the latency of activation/de-activation procedure for SCG and secondary cells.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to downlink data reception operation. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a baseband processor of a user equipment (UE) is configured to perform operations comprising receiving Downlink Control Information (DCI) through more than one beams from at least one from at least one TRP; determining a DCI transmission scheme for the received DCI, wherein the DCI transmission scheme is configured by an upper layer signaling, and wherein the DCI transmission scheme is one of a Single Frequency Network (SFN) scheme, a non-SFN scheme, and a hybrid scheme, wherein the DCI is transmitted using both SFN scheme and non-SFH scheme in the hybrid scheme; determining whether the received DCI indicates a Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) for PDSCH reception from the at least one TRP or not. The operations further comprise in accordance with a determination that the received DCI fails to indicate the TCI and based on the determined DCI transmission scheme, selecting at least one TCI for the PDSCH reception from candidate TCIs configured for one or more Control Resource Sets (CORESETs) associated with the DCI.

Abstract: Described are processing time approaches to simultaneous multi-cell PUSCH/PDSCH scheduling with a single DCI (downlink control information) in a wireless communication system. In various approaches, simultaneously scheduling a plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) through a single DCI transmitted via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) occurs, wherein each of the plurality of PDSCHs is associated with a respective cell in a plurality of cells. The approaches further include transmitting data to or receiving data to a user equipment (UE) based on the scheduling information, wherein the plurality of PDSCHs occurs no earlier than a time offset following the PDCCH. In other aspects, a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) is received via a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), the HARQ-ACK having been sent by a user equipment (UE) in response to one of the plurality of PDSCHs, wherein the HARQ-ACK is sent no earlier than a time offset following a reference time in one of the plurality of PDSCHs. In other aspects, transmitting data to or receiving data to a user equipment (UE) is based on the scheduling information, wherein the plurality of PDSCHs occurs no earlier than a time offset following the PDCCH, the time offset being configured to permit analog beam switching by a user equipment (UE).

Abstract: Some aspects include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for identifying a panel on user equipment (UE) for sounding reference signal (SRS) and/or physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) communications. This panel selection may be applicable to codebook as well as non-codebook based PUSCH transmission schemes. In some aspects, a base station may provide the UE with an indication of one or more SRS resources and/or sets of SRS resources. The UE may then identify a panel corresponding to the indicated SRS resources and use this panel for PUSCH communications. In some aspects, the UE may apply prioritization scheduling when the UE uses different panels for SRS and PUSCH communications. This prioritization scheduling may address switching delays, which may occur when the UE switches between panels.

Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing techniques for a user equipment (UE) to multiplex a first HARQ of a first priority and a second HARQ of a second priority to form an initial UCI payload. The UE can select a PUCCH resource accordingly to a PUCCH configuration, and generate a second UCI payload by removing or replacing at least a portion of the initial UCI payload when a size of the initial UCI payload is larger than a size of the PUCCH resource. The UE can encode at least a part of the second UCI payload including the first HARQ to generate an error correction code word. Afterwards, the UE can add the error correction code word to the second UCI payload to generate a transmission UCI payload, and transmit the transmission UCI payload to the base station.

Abstract: A base station can support dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) between new radio (NR) services and Long Term Evolution (LTE) services. The base station can determine whether a NR physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) control resource set (CORESET) and a LTE PDCCH frequency range are partially overlapped in a frequency domain including a first frequency region and a second frequency region. The partial overlap occurs when the LTE PDCCH frequency range overlaps with the NR PDCCH CORESET in the first frequency region without overlapping with the NR PDCCH CORESET in the second frequency region. In response to a determination that the partial overlap occurs, the base station can map a NR PDCCH or a NR PDCCH demodulation reference signal (DMRS) to resource elements in the second frequency region, and map a LTE cell-specific reference signal (CRS) to a symbol carrying the LTE CRS in the first frequency region.
