    Abstract: A laminate for forming a packaging bag including a substrate layer containing a crystalline polyester film, an adhesive layer, and a sealant layer containing the polyester film arranged in this order. The sealant layer has a ratio of a fracture elongation thereof to a thickness thereof which is 13%/um or less. The fracture elongation is a fracture elongation of the sealant layer as measured in a unit of 15mm width thereof in an MD direction.

    Abstract: There are provided a reflective mask having a coating film uniformly formed along the outermost surface and the side surfaces of a transfer pattern, having high EUV transmittance, and having high cleaning resistance and a production method therefor. To achieve the object, for example, a reflective mask (100) includes: a substrate (1); a multilayer reflective film (2) formed on the substrate (1) and reflecting an incident EUV light; an absorption layer (4) formed on at least a part of the multilayer reflective film (2) and absorbing the incident EUV light; and a coating film (5) formed on the multilayer reflective film (2) and on the absorption layer (4) and transmitting the incident EUV light, in which the coating film (5) has an extinction coefficient k of 0.04 or less to the EUV light, is resistant to cleaning with a cleaning chemical solution, and is formed with a uniform film thickness on the surface and the side surfaces of the absorption layer (4).

    Abstract: A cell transplantation pretreatment method, a cell transplantation pretreatment device, and a cell transplantation pretreatment unit are provided, which are capable of improving the efficiency of loading grafts into a transplantation device. The cell transplantation pretreatment method includes the steps of: transporting a cell group cultured in a culture recess to a pretreatment recess using a culture tray including a plurality of the culture recesses arranged according to a first arrangement, a pretreatment tray including a plurality of the pretreatment recesses arranged according to a second arrangement, and a transplantation device including a needle shaped portion having a tubular shape configured to allow entry and exit of a graft containing the cell group, the transplantation device including a plurality of the needle shaped portions arranged according to the second arrangement; and loading the cell groups simultaneously from the plurality of pretreatment recesses into the plurality of needle shaped portions.

    Abstract: An optical identifier including a recording surface, a plurality of deflection cells each of which has recorded thereon a range in which light to be diffracted is deflected, at least one spatial phase modulator which fills a space between the deflection cells on the recording surface, and a deposition layer which covers part or all of the recording surface. The deflection cells has a spatial frequency expressed in a form of a relief structure and are discretely formed on the recording surface at regular intervals away from each other. A variable color image is recorded by pixels defined by the deflection cells. The spatial phase modulator has thereon a distribution of phase differences recorded in a form of heights of the relief structure. The spatial phase modulator modulates a phase of light outputted from a point light source and displays a reproduced image.
