    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, over a wireless communication network operating in accordance with a first radio access technology (RAT), a configuration to provide at least one positioning state information (PSI) report, the first RAT associated with at least one first positioning technology, the configuration associated with at least one second RAT, at least one second positioning technology, or both to be used to estimate a location of the UE, obtains at least a first set of positioning measurements using the at least one second RAT, the at least one second positioning technology, or both, and transmits the at least one PSI report on physical resources allocated for a physical uplink or sidelink channel of the first RAT, the at least one PSI report including at least the first set of positioning measurements.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to measuring downlink beam quality in the presence of self-interference when operating in a full duplex mode configured for concurrent transmission and reception within an overlapping bandwidth. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station over one or more of a plurality of uplink beams and downlink beams. For each uplink beam, the UE may obtain beam quality measurements associated with each of the downlink beams to identify a set of usable downlink beams. The UE may further transmit a report to the base station indicating the set of usable downlink beams for at least one uplink beam.

    Abstract: A method for supporting radar operations may involve providing, from a radar server, one or more transmit beam parameters, over one or more wired or wireless interfaces, to a first wireless communications system Transmission Reception Point (TRP) for configuring a transmit beam for sending a transmit signal from the first wireless communications TRP.     Abstract: A muting configuration for downlink positioning reference signals (PRS) is based on the slot type in which the PRS is transmitted. A slot type muting configuration mutes PRS if the PRS are transmitted in a full duplex slot, such as an in-band full duplex slot. If the PRS are transmitted in a sub-band full duplex slot, the PRS may be muted depending on whether the base station is capable of self-interference cancellation. The slot type muting configuration does not mute the PRS transmission in a half-duplex slot. The slot type muting configuration may be dynamic and may be provided to a user equipment (UE) in lower layer signaling to improve latency. The slot type muting configuration may be combined with other types of muting configurations, such as inter-instance muting, intra-instance muting, and intra-slot muting, e.g., using a logic function to combine the configurations.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a UE obtains measurement data associated with at least one PRS. The UE transmits, to a BS in a first L1 or L2 PSI report opportunity, a first PSI report indicative of a first set of measurement values associated with the at least one PRS based on the measurement data. The UE further transmits, to the BS in a second L1 or L2 PSI report opportunity that is subsequent to the first L1 or L2 PSI report opportunity, a second PSI report that is indicative of a second set of measurement values associated with the at least one PRS based on the measurement data, the second set of measurement values being refined from the first set of measurement values.
