    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an intermediate phase adjustment apparatus of a CVVT (Continuous Variable Valve Timing). This apparatus includes a pressure adjusting means balancing pressure of chambers by selectively allowing oil to be moved from a chamber at relatively high pressure to a chamber at relatively low pressure. One way to achieve this is by a pressure difference through an oil line, through which the oil can move in only one direction between the chambers.
