    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for operating transceiver circuitry to transmit or receive signals on various frequency ranges. To do so, an electronic device may determine a receive delay between one or more messages received on different component carriers and may transmit the receive delay to a base station to update how communications are transmitted on one of the component carriers. The update made to at least one of the component carriers may compensate for the receive delay between the different component carriers. Compensating for the receive delay may improve operations that delay downlink communications to reduce a likelihood or stop simultaneous downlink and uplink communications by further adjusting for delays seen at an electronic device when communicating with base stations disposed at a different distances from the electronic device.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. To monitor a PDCCH for CA, a UE may receive PDCCH candidates in a plurality of configured component carriers (CCs). In response to a determination that a maximum number of virtual CCs that the UE is capable of monitoring for PDCCH is smaller than a number of the plurality of configured CCs, the UE groups the plurality of configured CCs into CC groups based at least in part on SCS numerologies and PDCCH monitoring configurations corresponding to span patterns within a slot of a DL subframe. The UE determines a maximum number of blind decoding operations and non-overlapped CCEs for each of the CC groups. The UE then monitors at least a first portion of the PDCCH candidates based on the maximum number of blind decoding operations and non-overlapped CCEs for each of the CC groups.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for channel access scheme enhancements for systems operating in unlicensed higher frequency bands. A wireless device may perform channel access detection (CAD) measurements on a channel at a first periodicity, determine a CAD metric based on the CAD measurements at a second periodicity, and select, for the channel, a first channel access scheme from a plurality of channel access schemes based on comparison of the CAD metric to a threshold. The first channel access scheme may include a first set of channel access procedures that may define physical channels and signals to utilize respective channel procedures. In instances when the CAD metric is below the threshold, the first channel access scheme may include accessing a channel using a first listen before talk (LBT) procedure that is less restrictive than a second LTB procedure used when the CAD metric is above the threshold.

A UE may transmit, to a base station, a capability message indicating an antenna configuration associated with SRS antenna switching e.g., via as RRC signaling.     Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for sounding reference signal (SRS) coverage enhancement. A user equipment device (UE) may receive a configuration for SRS time domain bundling from a base station and may transmit, to the base station, at least one SRS transmission in accordance with the configuration. The configuration may include an indication of (and/or indicate) one or more SRS transmission occasions. The configuration may be communicated via higher layer signaling or physical layer signaling. The RRC parameter may be an SRS-ResourceSet parameter or an SRS-Resource parameter and may include a nrofSlots parameter to indicate the number of slots, where a slot may correspond to an SRS transmission occasion. The MAC CE may include at least four bits indicating the number of slots. The DCI may include at least one field indicating the number of slots.
