    Abstract: Embodiments provide a location information obtaining method and a device, and relates to the communications field. The method includes: obtaining, by a network device, location information of a reference point and location information of first user equipment; determining, by the network device, relative location information of the first user equipment relative to the reference point; and sending, by the network device, the location information of the reference point and the relative location information of the first user equipment relative to the reference point.
