    Abstract: A display device and an electronic device are provided. The display device is provided with a control unit between a driving chip and an electrostatic test point. During an electrostatic test, the control unit is disconnected from the driving chip to form a protection circuit for the driving chip under control of a first control signal and a second control signal, which can effectively prevent the driving chip from damage by static electricity.

    Abstract: A GOA device and a gate driving circuit are provided. A pull-up control unit and a bootstrap unit sequentially control a control node of an Nth stage GOA unit to be pulled up to a first high voltage level and a second high voltage level. A pull-up unit outputs a gate driving signal according to a change of a voltage level of the control node and a stage transfer signal of the Nth stage GOA unit. As such, a pulse width of the gate driving signal is increased, and the problem that the charging ability is not sufficient can be solved.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes an array substrate, an opposite substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the array substrate and the opposite substrate. The array substrate is located above the opposite substrate near a light emerging side of the display panel. A photosensitive device is disposed inside the assay substrate, and a path for the photosensitive device to receive ambient light avoids a color resist layer in the display panel. The photosensitive device is not affected by the color resist layer when receiving infrared light from the outside, which can eliminate red spots on a display screen.

The display substrate comprises a substrate, a first planar layer, and a BPS light-shielding layer. Wherein the BPS light-shielding layer is made of a composite material including polydopamine and graphene oxide, which can strengthen a binding force between the BPS light-shielding layer and the first planar layer and improve light-shielding effect of the BPS light-shielding layer. The manufacturing method of the display substrate is simple, and making liquid crystals uniformly filled, thereby improving display quality of panels.

    Abstract: The present application provides a display panel and a display device. In the display panel, a first channel is divided into the first sub-channel and the second sub-channel, so that a variation in a width of a channel of a first thin film transistor is greater than a variation in a width of a channel of a second thin film transistor, thereby reducing a variation in the impedance ratio between the second thin film transistor to the first thin film transistor, such that a difference in brightness between a secondary pixel in the sub-pixel unit corresponding to the splicing area and a secondary pixel in the sub-pixel unit corresponding to the non-splicing area reduced, thus improving the problem of the uneven brightness of the display panel.
