Abstract: An interference cancellation method and device are disclosed. In a process of performing cell reestablishment or cell handover, for any interference cancellation parameter previously received from a network-side device, a user terminal can continue to apply the interference cancellation parameter to perform an interference cancellation operation according to a specified first interference cancellation parameter application rule or first instruction information delivered by the network-side device, or release or no longer apply the interference cancellation parameter. In this way, a currently existing problem that a user terminal cannot know how to process a previously received interference cancellation parameter in a process of performing cell reestablishment or cell handover can be resolved, and further, an objective of improving an interference cancellation effect can be achieved.

Abstract: A user equipment receives first signaling from a base station through a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and receives second signaling from the base station through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH), where the first signaling includes a first time division duplexing TDD uplink-downlink configuration, and the second signaling includes a second TDD uplink-downlink configuration; the user equipment determines, according to the first TDD uplink-downlink configuration, an uplink subframe for sending a random access message; and the user equipment sends the random access message to the base station in the determined uplink subframe.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a random access method and an apparatus. PRACH configuration information of a base station is acquired, and a preamble is sent from a corresponding start PRACH resource, so that access of another terminal device is not affected when the base station identifies an access request of a terminal device that requires coverage enhancement. The solution includes: acquiring at least one group of physical random access channel PRACH configuration information that has been stored, where the at least one group of PRACH configuration information is carried in system information sent by the base station; parsing the at least one group of PRACH configuration information to obtain a corresponding start PRACH resource; and sending a preamble to the base station starting from the start PRACH resource, so that the base station establishes a connection to the terminal device according to the preamble.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for paging a user equipment. A paging message sent by an MME is received, where the foregoing paging message includes indication information of a UE type; a scheduling resource for sending a paging message of the foregoing UE type is determined according to the indication information of the UE type; and the paging message of the foregoing UE is sent on the scheduling resource, thereby reducing impact on a conventional type of UE that is caused by a limitation on a bandwidth of a received signal of a special type of UE.
