    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system which supports a low latency service. According to the present invention, a method and an apparatus are provided, wherein a terminal transmits a request message to a base station for converting from an idle state to a connected state; receives, from the base station, a response message including the resource information associated with the transmission and reception of low latency service data, in response to the request message; and transmits and receives the low latency service data using an allocated resource. Thereafter, when additional data is generated, the terminal converts from an idle state to a connected state and transmits and receives the additional data.

    Abstract: The present description provides a method for transmitting and receiving uplink (UL) data in a wireless communication system. A method performed by a terminal comprises: receiving a first uplink grant from a base station; transmitting, based on the first uplink grant, first uplink data to the base station; receiving an HARQ response to the first uplink data from the base station; transmitting second uplink data to the base station by means of retransmission resources allocated for the retransmission of the first uplink data; and transmitting, to the base station, the control information, which indicates whether the second uplink data is retransmission data of the first uplink data or new data generated by means of a particular event, by means of physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for reducing a transmission resource of a control channel in a short TTI in a wireless communication system. Specifically, a plurality of first downlink channels which are received during an sTTI and are included in a subframe corresponding to one TTI, and a second downlink channel received during a TTI are received. Further, information on a resource block used for the plurality of first downlink channels is obtained by using a resource block indicator transmitted to a downlink control channel of a control region comprising the first symbol of a subframe. The plurality of first downlink channels are demodulated by using the information, and the second downlink channel is demodulated by using the downlink control channel.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and device for transmitting control information in a wireless communication system. In particular, a downlink resource block group including a downlink resource block in a downlink frequency bandwidth is set, and an uplink resource block group including an uplink resource block in an uplink frequency bandwidth is set. If the downlink frequency bandwidth is smaller than the uplink frequency bandwidth, the downlink resource block group is mapped to the uplink resource block group. The ratio of the number of uplink resource blocks to the number of downlink resource blocks is set so that the number of uplink resource block groups and the number of downlink resource block groups become the same. The uplink and downlink resource block groups are mapped according to the ratio. Control information on the mapping is transmitted through the downlink resource block groups.

    Abstract: A method for a terminal out of a coverage to establish multi-links via relay terminals in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: sending an RRC connection request to a temporary relay terminal having the most excellent device to device (D2D) signal quality, among relay terminals located nearby the terminal; receiving, from the temporary relay terminal, an RRC connection setup indicative of a first base station to provide a substitution link, from among the base stations to which the relay terminals are connected; establishing the serving link via a first relay terminal by sending an RRC connection completion message to the first relay terminal connected to the first base station, from among the relay terminals; and establishing the substitution link in which unicast data transmission/reception is deactivated, via the second relay terminal connected to the second base station, from among the relay terminals.
