Abstract:
There is provided a window/door system with a flat track having “”-shaped roller supports to provide a nice appearance and to improve air tightness and water tightness by reducing the number of grooves exposed on a window/door frame when a window/door is opened, by using the roller supports in a cross sectional shape of “” which is open at one side.
Abstract:
A power sliding window assembly for a motor vehicle. The assembly can include a back window casing with a first window pane and a second window pane fixedly attached to the casing. A generally U-shaped guide rail can be at least partially encased within the window casing and be adjacent to the first window pane and the second window pane. A third window pane can have a portion fixedly attached to a glass carrier and the glass carrier can be located at least partially within and slidably engaged with the generally U-shaped guide rail. Located at least partially within the generally U-shaped guide rail can be a first stopper and a second stopper with the first and second stoppers providing for desired placement of the third window pane when it is in a closed position and a fully open position.
Abstract:
A sliding door for a vehicle includes a rail unit may include a center rail provided on an outer surface of a rear side inner panel in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and an auxiliary rail provided along a lower end of the center rail, a drive unit that has front and rear pulleys respectively provided at front and rear sides of an inner surface of the rear side inner panel, and a wire wound around the front and rear pulleys to be moved by a driving power of a driving motor, a roller bracket that is provided at the center rail to be slidably moved, and is connected to both ends of the wire to be moved along the center rail by the driving power, and a door whose one side is fixed to the roller bracket to be slid with respect to the vehicle body.
Abstract:
An articulating roller arm assembly comprising a single integral piece cantilever beam with a span section and a throw section, with the span section oriented substantially transverse the throw section. A first distal end of the throw section and a distal end of the span section form a bend of the single integral piece cantilever beam. The articulating roller arm assembly further including a first wheel that is coupled with a first distal end of the throw section, and a second wheel that is coupled with a second distal end of the throw section.
Abstract:
The apparatus disclosed is a replacement of existing garage door tracks and a new and unique way to change garage door rollers, panels and guide track roller mounts. Said rollers of prior art have to have the track bent or removed. This task is simply too dangerous for the average homeowner and requires special tools. Said APPARATUS FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF SECTIONAL DOOR ROLLERS IN SITU allows said artisan to remove and to replace said guide track rollers without exposing oneself to the dangerous conditions currently used. Said APPARATUS FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF SECTIONAL DOOR ROLLERS IN SITU allows the homeowner to position said guide track rollers adjacent to either said slot or said hole, remove said guide track roller retaining clip and remove the entire said guide track roller in one piece. Replacement of a damaged guide track roller is the reverse process, simply align a new or undamaged guide track roller into said slot or through said hole and into said guide track roller mount, replace guide track roller retaining clip. Using said guide track cover snapped over guide track slot retains door panels form accidently breaching garage doorframe during use.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a lifting door, comprising a movable door leaf made of slats, the slats being connected to one another so as to bend, and comprising structure-mounted frames. Lateral guides for the door leaf having a vertical section and a lintel section, and frame sealing elements of a sealing assembly are arranged thereon, which close a gap between the door leaf and a section of the frames facing the door opening when the lifting door is closed. The lintel sections of the guides, together with the vertical sections of the guides, are displaceably mounted on the frames, wherein the guides can only be displaced in a direction that is diagonal to the door leaf plane, but not in a moving direction of the door leaf. Thus, an improved lifting door having greater operational safety, and at the same time an improved sealing effect between the door leaf and the door opening can be achieved.
Abstract:
An enclosure system includes a plurality of elongated panels consecutively connected to one another. The plurality of elongated panels includes a plurality of independent panels and a panel-door. The enclosure system also includes an upper track constructed and arranged to receive an upper portion of the plurality of elongated panels and a lower track constructed and arranged to receive a lower portion of the plurality of elongated panels. The lower track includes two polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) strips constructed and arranged as a transport system for facilitating movement of the plurality of elongated panels along the upper track and the lower track by achieving a very low coefficient of friction enabling heavy weights to be moved with little effort. Substantially all weight of the plurality of elongated panels is supported evenly across a length of the lower track on the two PTFE strips.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the adjusting and locking of the position of a guide rail for a movable window pane in a vehicle door. A device, a vehicle door equipped therewith and a tool provided for the adjusting and locking are disclosed. In the vehicle door, a first mounting plate mounted on the rail side and a second mounting plate mounted on the door side are provided, which are connected to one another by screw-fastenable mounting means. One of the mounting plates comprises an engaging element for an eccentric lever, which on rotation brings about a mutual translational displacement of the mounting plates in an adjusting (Y) direction.
Abstract:
A closet door support mechanism that provides rotation and translation of a door used to close the entry to a room such as a closet is disclosed. An example of the mechanism includes a first track that is generally straight and is connected to a first track retraction section by a curved section. The track sections are mounted a distance from the floor, and allow movement of a closet door through translation and rotation to close the entry of the closet.
Abstract:
A path-controlled window lifter of a motor vehicle is provided. The path-controlled window lifter includes a driver which is connected with a window pane of the motor vehicle and can be driven by means of a drive mechanism for adjusting the window pane, and a base plate mounted in the motor vehicle and composed of a carrier part and a reinforcement part, on which at least two guide paths are formed for guiding the driver and for adjusting the driver along an adjustment path formed by the guide paths. The carrier part and the reinforcement part are arranged at a distance from each other, but connected to each other at defined areas.
