Abstract:
A robot teaching device is suitable for being signal connected to a controller used to control a robot, and includes: a connecting base which includes an enable switch and a first connector, and is connected to the controller by a transmission wire; a motion device which is removably disposed in the connecting base, and includes a second connector connected to the first connector, and a touch screen for displaying plural virtual keys. The motion device will be wirelessly signal connected to the controller, when it is removed from the connecting base, and the touch screen will display the virtual keys. When the motion device is inserted in the connecting base, and the enable switch is not pressed, the first and second connectors will be connected, and the virtual keys will be switched off. The virtual keys will be switched on after the enable switch is kept being pressed.
Abstract:
A linear ball bearing guideway is provided with six rows of balls disposed between the slider and the rail, so as to improve the overall load capacity. The six rows of balls are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the head portion of the rail, and the three of the six rows of balls at each side are located at different heights. The neck-portion width of the head portion is smaller than a distance between the two rows of balls disposed at the lowest rail rolling grooves, but larger than the value of a distance between the two rows of balls in the highest rail rolling grooves minus a diameter of the balls, which ensures that the neck-portion width is overly small and affect the stiffness of the rail.
Abstract:
An angle-adjustable thread processing machine includes a base, a rocker arm, a rocker-arm toothed wheel, an idle wheel, a driven toothed wheel, and a processing unit. The base includes a power source with a drive shaft. The rocker arm is fixed to the drive shaft which rotates about a drive axis. The rocker-arm toothed wheel is pivotally sleeved on the drive shaft. The idle wheel is pivotally disposed on the rocker arm and engaged with the rocker-arm toothed wheel. The driven toothed wheel is pivotally disposed on the rocker arm to engage with the idle wheel and rotates around a driven axis which is located a first distance D1 from the drive axis. The processing unit includes a machining spindle fixed to the driven toothed wheel, and a machining head which rotates around a machining-head axis which is located a second distance D2 from the driven axis, and D1=D2.
Abstract:
An offset preload ball screw with expandable loading area includes: a screw, a nut, and a plurality of balls between the screw and the nut. The inner helical groove of the nut includes at least a first section, a second section and a third section which are continuously connected one another. The preload constantly and smoothly changes in the second section, and the balls can be subjected to loads in positive or negative direction in the second section. Therefore, the running smoothness, precision and load capacity of the ball screw of the present invention is enhanced.
Abstract:
A six-row ball bearing linear guideway is provided with six rows of balls disposed between the slider and the rail. The six rows of balls are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the rail, the balls in the middle and upper rail rolling grooves bear and increase the load capacity in the downward direction. The balls in the lower rail rolling grooves bear a load in the upward direction, and the profile factor of the lower rail rolling grooves is smaller than that of the upper rail rolling grooves, thus the rated static load capacity in the upward direction is improved. The balls in the upper, middle and lower rail rolling grooves all serve to bear the load capacity in the lateral direction, thus the rated static load capacity in the lateral direction is improved. Hence, the rated static load capacity is improved in upward, downward and lateral directions.
Abstract:
A harmonic drive includes a circular spline, a flexspline meshed with the circular spline, and a wave generator abutted against the flexspline. Through a special parameter design to correct the perimeter curve of the wave generator, the meshing efficiency between the circular spline and the flexspline is increased, thereby improving the transmission accuracy and reducing the average load.
Abstract:
A tunnel raceway type ball screw assembly includes a screw nut having an inner thread groove, a screw shaft inserted through the screw nut and including outer grooves, a mounting groove extending across the outer grooves and a first reflow groove in radial communication with the mounting groove, and a reflow component mounted in the mounting groove of the screw shaft and including a rolling groove connected with the outer grooves to form an outer thread that defines with the inner thread groove a spiral channel therebetween and a second reflow groove that defines with the first reflow groove a reflow channel therebetween in communication with the spiral channel. Thus, multiple balls can be cycled in the spiral channel and the reflow channel.
Abstract:
A feeding device includes a fixing base. A motor is fixed to the fixing base. The motor has an output axle. A transmission axle is fixedly connected to the output axle. The feeding device further includes a feeding block having a side fixedly connected to the transmission axle. The feeding block has a feeding notch. The feeding notch is formed around the transmission axle circumferentially. Hence, once a slender material enters the rotational space of the feeding block, the motor drives the feeding block to rotate, whereas the slender material is pressed by the feeding notch of the feeding block and sent out as a result of the continuous rotation of the feeding block. Hence, the feeding device not only enables continuous material conveyance but also allows the slender material to be conveyed smoothly even when the slender material is slightly bent or deformed.
