    Abstract: A communication method and a related apparatus are provided. The method includes: An LMF serving a terminal device receives measurement data of a first positioning procedure, where the measurement data includes information about a first cell, the first cell is a cell of a mobile relay with mobility; obtains first information associated with the mobile relay; sends a first request message based on the first information, where the first request message is used to trigger a second positioning procedure for the mobile relay; receives location information of the mobile relay, where the location information of the mobile relay is determined based on the second positioning procedure; and determines a location of the terminal device based on the location information of the mobile relay and the measurement data of the first positioning procedure. This helps accurately calculate the location of the terminal device.

    Abstract: A target service management method is provided. The method is applicable to services such as a voice call, a video call, video livestreaming, Cloud AR/VR, and tactile Internet. The method includes: An access network device determines key quality indicator KQI information of a target service during transmission of the target service on a target channel; and manages, based on the KQI information and a target service quality-of-service requirement corresponding to the KQI information, the target service. In this way, the access network device can manage the target service based on the quality of service of the target service and can improve effective utilization of an air interface resource of the access network device in transmitting the target service, and can further increase a capacity of users whose quality of service satisfies a requirement in a system.

    Abstract: A cell beam indication method and a related terminal device for receiving configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to configure at least one cell group, and each cell group includes a first cell and a second cell. The terminal device determines, based on a first beam indicated via a first cell in a first cell group, a second beam corresponding to the first cell group, where the first cell group includes at least one multi-beam cell. The terminal device determines, based on the second beam, a third beam of a second cell in the first cell group. This method may be used for a multi-beam cell, to indicate that a common beam can be used for the multi-beam cell in a form of a cell group.

    Abstract: A communication chip includes a switching (SW) die and a plurality of network processing (NP) dies. Any one of the plurality of NP dies is configured to: receive a first packet outside the communication chip through an external port, obtain destination information of the first packet, and send a second packet including the first packet and the destination information through an internal port. The destination information indicates a destination NP die of the first packet. The SW die is configured to: receive the second packet, and send the second packet to a first NP die in the plurality of NP dies based on the destination information. The first NP die is configured to: receive the second packet, and send the second packet outward through the external port.
