摘要: A method of determining a center hole of a material crankshaft, which is obtained through molding with first and second molds, includes: obtaining first shape data of a first portion of the material crankshaft molded by the first mold and second shape data of a second portion of the material crankshaft molded by the second mold; comparing the first and second shape data respectively with first and second designed data corresponding to the first and second molds, respectively, for computing a misalignment amount of each of the first and second portions due to misalignment between the first and second molds; adjusting, based on the misalignment amount, data corresponding to the misalignment amount to reproduce actual shape data; and determining, based on the actual shape data, a position of the center hole in the material crankshaft such that a rotation balance of the material crankshaft is within a predetermined range.

摘要: This scattering prevention structure of a grinding machine has: a pair of supporting tables; an X axis saddle, which supports a grinding head such that the grinding head can freely move in the advancing/retracing direction with respect to a workpiece; a Z axis saddle, which supports the X axis saddle such that the X axis saddle can freely move in the rotating axis direction of the workpiece; and a grinding stone cover. The grinding stone cover is fixed to the Z axis saddle such that the grinding stone cover opens in a machining region, and the grinding stone head can freely move, with respect to the grinding stone cover, in the advancing/retracting direction with respect to the workpiece, by having the accordion cover therebetween. With this configuration, the size of the machining chamber is reduced, and shielding performance is improved.

摘要: A tool magazine that can make a long tool reasonably coexist with other tools and a machining center with the tool magazine are provided. The tool magazine has a rotatable magazine main body and plural of tool holders installed on the magazine main body. Each of the tool holders moves to a tool exchange position sequentially. A part or all of the tool holders has a capability of changing between an exchange posture that holds the tool in parallel to a rotation shaft of the magazine main body and a transport posture that holds the tool along with a plane perpendicular to the rotation shaft of the magazine main body. The tool holder capable of changing postures takes the exchange posture when it locates in the tool exchange position and takes the transport posture when it leave the exchange position. The machining center has the above tool magazine.

摘要: The three-dimensional shaping device (100) is provided with a layer forming device (10) to form a layer of metal powder (90) on a shaping object, and a laser light irradiation device (20) to irradiate the layer of metal powder (90) formed by the layer forming device (10) with a laser light (25). The laser light (25) to be used in the three-dimensional shaping device (100) has a pulsed output waveform with a frequency of 5 to 200 kHz, a pulse width of 5 to 200 μs and a peak output of 10 to 500 W. Further, an overlap rate, which is a rate at which irradiation spots on the layer of metal powder (90) by two successive pulses of the laser light (25) overlap with each other, is 50 to 99.9%. Hereby, it is possible to provide a three-dimensional shaping method and a three-dimensional shaping device which can shape a shaping body having a narrower shaping width.

摘要: A workpiece support device includes: a jig, a table, a rotating shaft, a support member, a flow path connector, and a supply-side connecting portion. The jig has a main flow path to flow a fluid for machining and a sub-flow path, and fixes the workpiece. The table has a table flow path to communicate with the main flow path and is attached with the jig. The rotating shaft has a rotating shaft flow path to communicate with the table flow path, and is fixed to the table. The support member rotatably supports the rotating shaft. The flow path connector connects the rotating shaft flow path with a fluid-supply path to communicate with a fluid-supply side so as to relatively rotate with each other about an axis of the rotating shaft. The supply-side connecting portion moves relative to the jig to communicate with and block off the sub-flow path.
