摘要: A polyolefin-based resin composition and a colored resin pellet having good colorant dispersibility and low fogging properties and particularly preferred for the production of a molded article for an interior article or interior member of an automobile, by dosing 0.01 parts by weight or more and 2.0 parts by weight or less of a colorant including at least one pigment selected from a group consisting of carbon black and an organic pigment, and 0.01 parts by weight or more and 2.0 parts by weight or less of a synthetic wax having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or more and 40 μm or less, based on 100 parts by weight of a resin material component including a polyolefin-based resin.

摘要: Disclosed is a propylene-based resin composition comprising more than 15 parts by mass and 40 parts by mass or less of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (E1) and 4 to 20 parts by mass of an ethylene/α-olefin/diene copolymer (E2), and comprising also a propylene-based polymer (P1) having an amount of a n-decane-soluble part at 23° C. of 5 to 25% by mass, wherein the ethylene content of the n-decane-soluble part is more than 40% by mass and 60% by mass or less, a propylene homopolymer (P2) and an inorganic filler (F) [providing that the total amount of the components (P1), (P2), (E1), (E2) and (F) is taken as 100 parts by weight]. The propylene-based resin composition is capable of producing a molded article which is excellent in mechanical properties, unnoticeable flow marks, low gloss.

(x3) 0.35≤ΔH (80)/ΔH≤0.85, and 0.60≤ΔH (100)/ΔH≤0.85, wherein ΔH is the total heat of melting observed during DSC, and ΔH (T) is the heat of melting observed during heating from 0° C. to T° C.-

摘要: A polypropylene (F) for film condensers having the following requirements: (1) an MFR (JIS K 7210, 230° C., 2.16 kg load) in the range of 1-10 (g/10 min), (2) an mmmm fraction that is at least 93%, (3) a erythro position defect amount as measured using 13C-NMR that is less than 0.1 mol %, (4) ash content obtained by complete combustion in atmosphere that is at most 50 ppm, (5) chlorine content as measured by ion chromatography that is at most 5 ppm; and (6) is obtained by including a propylene homopolymer for which Mw/Mn as measured via GPC is 6.5-12 and an α-crystal nucleating agent with a melting point of at most 290° C.

[Solution] Polypropylene for a microporous film satisfying the following requirements (1) and (2): (1) the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) value, as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), is not less than 100,000 but less than 800,000, the value (Mw/Mn) obtained by dividing the weight-average molecular weight by the number-average molecular weight is more than 7.0 but not more than 12.0, and the value (Mz/Mw) obtained by dividing the Z-average molecular weight by the weight-average molecular weight is not less than 3.8 but not more than 9.0, and (2) the mesopentad fraction, as measured by 13C-NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance method), is not less than 95.5%.

摘要: A film for inorganic substance deposition, comprising single or multiple resin layers, wherein all of the resin layers contain an ethylene-based polymer (A) having a melt tension (MT), as measured at 190° C., of not more than 5.0 g, and the film satisfies the following requirements: Requirement (1): the amount of a component generated by heating the film under the prescribed conditions is not more than 1.2 μg per milligram of the film; Requirement (2): the amount of a compound containing pentavalent phosphorus, said compound being recovered after washing of a surface of the film under the prescribed conditions, is not more than 9 μg; and Requirement (3): the amount of an oxide of an oligomer of a hexamer to a decamer, said oxide being recovered after washing of a surface of the film under the prescribed conditions, is not more than 1.5 μg.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a modified propylene resin containing very small amounts of low-crystalline and low-molecular-weight components. The present invention relates to a modified propylene resin characterized by satisfying the following requirements (1) to (4). (1) The melting point (Tm) measured with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is 140° C. or higher. (2) The amount of grafts of ethylenic unsaturated bond-containing monomer after hot xylene washing is 0.1 to 5 percent by weight. (3) The amount of components soluble in o-dichlorobenzene at 70° C. is 1.5 percent by weight or less. (4) The intrinsic viscosity [η] is 0.1 to 4 dl/g.
