Abstract: An ablation device and method for pulsed field ablation, the device comprising a catheter including an expandable basket, a set of electrodes formed on the expandable basket, and a pulse generator suitable for generating electric pulses wherein the pulse generator being in electrical connection with the set of electrodes. The expandable basket is formed of a braided mesh of filaments, wherein the filaments are made of nonconductive material, wherein at least portion of the filaments comprises a lumen, wherein the filaments further include electrodes and conductive wires. The conductive wires at least partially lead inside of the lumen of the filaments and are electrically connected to the electrodes.

Abstract: A method of soft tissue treatment of a patient comprises placing an applicator onto a surface of a soft tissue, with the applicator including an RF electrode and a dielectric material having a vacuum cup and a dielectric material under the RF electrode, with the dielectric material under the electrode having an absolute value of difference between polarization factor below center of the RF electrode and below edges of the RF electrode in a range from to 0.10005 mm to 19 800 mm, and heating the soft tissue via the RF electrode, and applying vacuum into a cavity under the applicator with changing pressure value inside the cavity under the applicator compared to pressure in the room during the treatment in range from 0.01 kPa to 100 kPa.

Abstract: In combined methods for treating a patient using time-varying magnetic field, treatment methods combine various approaches for aesthetic treatment. A magnetic field generating device is placed proximate to a body region of the patient. The magnetic field generating device generates a time-varying magnetic field with a magnetic flux density in a range of 0.5 to 7 Tesla. The time-varying magnetic field is applied to the body region of the patient in order to cause a contraction of a muscle within the body region. A second therapy may be used by applying one or more of optical waves, radio frequency waves, mechanical waves, negative or positive pressure or heat to the body region of the patient.
