    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a bulk acoustic wave resonator, a method for manufacturing a bulk acoustic wave resonator and an electronic device, and belongs to the field of communication technology. The bulk acoustic wave resonator of the present disclosure includes: a first base substrate, a first electrode, a piezoelectric layer, and a second electrode; the first electrode is on the first base substrate, the second electrode is on a side of the first electrode away from the first base substrate, the piezoelectric layer is between the first electrode and the second electrode; and orthographic projections of any two of the first electrode, the piezoelectric layer and the second electrode on the first base substrate at least partially overlap with each other; wherein an acoustic velocity of a material of the piezoelectric layer is no less than 18000 m/s.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a microfluidic chip configured to extract a nucleic acid, the microfluidic chip including: a first substrate having at least two buffer areas configured to cooperate with a magnet, and being provided with a microfluidic channel, wherein the microfluidic channel includes a primary flow channel and a plurality of buffer flow channels connected in series to the primary flow channel, the buffer flow channels are in the buffer areas, different buffer flow channels are in different buffer areas, respectively, and each of the buffer flow channels has a double-spiral shape; and a second substrate opposite to the first substrate. The microfluidic chip has a plurality of openings in communication with the primary flow channel. The present disclosure further provides a nucleic acid extraction apparatus and a nucleic acid extraction method.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a phase modulation surface unit, a phase modulation surface structure, and a terminal device. The phase modulation surface unit includes at least two phase-shifting layers which are stacked, where the phase-shifting layers each include: a first substrate; a second substrate; the first phase-shifting surface layer including at least one first electrode pattern extending in a first direction; the second phase-shifting surface layer including at least one second electrode pattern extending in a second direction and has one-to-one correspondence to the first electrode pattern, and the orthographic projection of the second electrode pattern on the first substrate intersecting with that of the corresponding first electrode pattern on the first substrate; and an tunable dielectric layer between the first phase-shifting surface layer and the second phase-shifting surface layer.
