    摘要: This invention relates to an activation apparatus for valves, specifically electromagnetically-activated multiway valves. The activation apparatus exhibits an activation element having a first stop and a second stop, which are arranged in facing-relation to one another, and to a housing projection formed by a graduated opening leading into the valve, so that a movement of the activation element, in the direction of its longitudinal axis, is limited or prevented. On the circumference of the activation element, there is a sealing element which is in sealed contact against the wall of the housing recess or graduated opening, which holds the activation element. The two stops and the sealing element are permanently connected with the activation element so as to form essentially a single-body construction. A valve moving arrangement, formed on the activation member and extending into the valve housing, is movable to an engaged position whereby, operation of the activation member effects manual operation of the valve under emergency or manual conditions.

    摘要: A variable point position determining arrangement includes a housing having a stationary portion secured to a fixed member as, for example working cylinder, and an extendable portion secured to a member movable in relation to the fixed member, as for example piston rod. An elastic element, such as a tension spring, is connected between the stationary portion and an extendable portion of the housing. Such elastic element is stretched or relaxed an amount proportionate to the travel of the movable member. The displacement transducer having an actuator rod and a projecting pin connected to the elastic element at approximately a middle point, follows movement of the elastic element and outputs a distance signal which is a function of the movement of the actuator rod and elastic element. The distance signal can be fed to a control circuit to derive the position value of the movable member therefrom.

A pin (26) on the end of the outer arm (22) of the collet (20) fits into a depression (9) in the shoulder (8) of the holding element (1). A spherically shaped projection (27) fits into spherically shaped recess (10) in the shoulder (8) of the holding element (1). The recess (10 ) is staggered by an angle of rotation with respect to the depression (9). The spherically shaped projection (27) is located on the end of the pin (26).

The first valve body, together with a first valve seat, forms a first valve and the second valve body, together with a second valve seat, forms a second valve. With two valve bodies rigidly connected to one another, it is possible, such as on account of manufacturing tolerances, that when the two valves are closed, one of the two valve bodies will not seat exactly on its corresponding valve seat, which means that leaks can occur. The present invention provides for at least one of the two valve seats or at least one of the two valve bodies being adjustable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tappet in relation either to the other valve seat or in relation to the other valve body to change the distance between the two valve seats or to change the distance between the two valve bodies.

    摘要: A device is disclosed for the selective clamping of an axially moveable or rotatable cylindrical shaft. The device disclosed may be either of a spring actuated-pressure release or a pressure actuated spring release embodiment. A clamping sleeve is located coaxially surrounding the cylindrical shaft to be immobilized. The clamping sleeve is separated into clamping elements at one end by longitudinal slots in the generally cylindrical sleeve. An actuating element is also arranged coaxially to the cylindrical body and the clamping sleeve and is mounted exterior to the clamping sleeve. The clamping elements are located radially inwardly from the actuating element and are separated therefrom by a series of bearings. The bearings engage the actuating element and the clamping elements through matched sets of inclined ramp elements. Each clamping element is provided with a set of bearings and ramp elements. The ramp elements are positioned such that their inclined faces are parallel to each other and each abutting the bearing. Longitudinal movement of the actuating element urges the inclined faces together, which are restrained by the bearings therebetween. The unyielding actuation element thus urges, through the bearings, the displaceable clamping elements against the surface of the cylindrical shaft.

    摘要: A brake apparatus is provided to retard the relative movement between two members. The apparatus comprises a housing positioned around the perimeter of a portion of one of the members. A collar is fixedly secured to the housing generally around the perimeter of a portion of one of the members. Clamping elements are fixedly secured to the collar and have a first surface positioned generally coaxial with at least one of the members. The clamping elements move radially to frictionally engage one of the members to apply a braking force. Each of the clamping elements have a ball in abutting rolling relationship with a second surface generally radially opposite the first surface. The balls urge each of their respective clamping elements into such frictional engagement upon axial movement of an actuating device having a third surface in rolling engagement with the ball. One of the second and the third surfaces has a preselected incline with respect to a longitudinal axis of one of the members.
