摘要: An optical disc device capable of sensing exactly whether or not a disc is present is provided. In an optical disc device includes a main body having a disc slot, and a carrying roller for carrying a disc between the disc slot and a disc loading position of the main body, a swinging lever whose base end is supported turnably in an inside of the main body by a supporting shaft and to which a disc arriving switch is fixed, and a sensing lever whose base end is supported turnably by the supporting shaft and whose top end contacts the outer periphery of the disc, which is loaded in the disc loading position, to operate the disc arriving switch are provided.

摘要: The present invention provides a disc drive apparatus capable of identifying a disc (12 cm) having a small data area (8 cm) in central as same as an ordinary 12 cm disc. The apparatus having a light receiving unit 105b and a push switch 106b. The unit 105b is arranged in a position where the unit 105b detects the disc having the small data area in central when the switch 106b detects the same, and where the unit 105b does not detect a disc (12 cm) having a hole (8 cm) in central when the 106b detects the same. The apparatus also has an disc identifier for identifying type of the disc based on the detected results of the light receiving units and/or the push switches.

摘要: An optical disc device and a disc changer drive capable of achieving a reduction in cost and number of articles and a reduction in size of the disc drive with a simple configuration rather than the prior art and also carrying out a stable playing/writing operation are provided. An optical disc device includes a playing chassis which is supported turnably on a main body of the disc drive and on which a turntable is installed, a substantially Y-shaped cam groove formed on the playing chassis, a driving lever on which a substantially T-shaped cam groove is formed and which transmits a power to a holding portion of the disc, and a turning lever supported turnably on the main body and engaged with the playing chassis and the cam groove of the driving lever via a driving shaft, wherein a turning of the turning lever is followed by a turning of the playing chassis and a movement of the driving lever that follows the turning of the playing chassis to hold a disc as a series of operations.

摘要: The invention provides a method of reusing an inert gas in a polymer production plant by removing impurities such as a polymerization solvent and polymerization monomers from an inert gas discharged from a polymer production plant. The method of reusing an inert gas comprises a step of adsorbing and removing a polymerization solvent and polymerization monomers contained in an inert gas by passing, through an adsorbent layer, an inert gas discharged from a polymer production plant, wherein an inert gas reaching a predetermined purity by removing the polymerization solvent and polymerization monomers in the step of adsorption and removal is reused in the polymer production plant.

The process for producing an olefinic polymer is a process of producing an olefinic polymer by (co)polymerizing olefins in a gas phase using a fluidized-bed reactor, the process comprising: a polymerization step of (co)polymerizing the olefins with allowing a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon to exist in a concentration of 2 to 30 mol % in the fluidized-bed reactor and a ligand removing step involving a step of bringing the resulting (co)polymer into contact with a ligand-remover and a step of heating said (co)polymer which has been brought into contact with the ligand-remover.

摘要: A specific nonionic surfactant is added to a component mainly comprising hydrocarbons before passing through a heat exchanger in a petrochemical plant or a polyolefin production plant, whereby fouling of the heat exchanger can be efficiently prevented, that is, the performance of the heat exchanger can be prevented from being deteriorated, and long-term operation is feasible without sacrificing the speed of production. The nonionic surfactant is preferably a polyoxyalkylene compound represented by the general formula [I] below, more preferably a compound represented by the general formula [II] below. R1—O—[CH2—CH(R3)—O]k—R2 [I] wherein R1, R2 and R3 are selected from a hydrogen atom, a C1 to C20 alkyl group, a C6 to C20 aryl group and a C1 to C20 acyl group, and may be the same or different from each other. HO—(CH2CH2O)m-[CH2CH(CH3)O]n—(CH2CH2O)pH [II]wherein m, n and p each represent the average number of repeating units, and m is in the range of 1 to 20, n is 2 to 50 and p is 1 to 20.
