摘要: A heating system for compressed parts capable of controlling process atmosphere and pressure includes an accommodating body, a heating device, an atmosphere controlling device, and a processing pressure adjusting device. The heating device is disposed inside or outside of the accommodating body to heat a component to be heated, so as to remove an impurity within the component to be heated. The atmosphere controlling device transports a reaction gas, such as hydrogen, oxygen, water vapor, or plasma, into a cavity for reacting with the impurity within the component to be heated. A phase transition or a chemical reaction can be carried out, such that the impurity is gasified, oxidized, carbonized, or disintegrated. The processing pressure adjusting device uses an inert gas (e.g., a nitrogen gas or an argon gas) to control the processing pressure in the cavity to be from 800 Torr to 10−2 Torr.

摘要: A feedstock processing system extracts a product from a solid using a CTSE system comprising a plurality of continuous stirred tank extraction stages arranged in fluid communication with each other in series such that effluent from one stage flows to a next stage in the series. One of the stages has an inlet to allow a measured amount of liquid solvent and the solid to be introduced to the continuous stirred tank extraction stage. The stage mixes the solid with the introduced solvent to form a homogeneous slurry to enable the product associated with the solid to be extracted with the solvent. A solid-liquid separator is arranged in fluid communication with the continuous stirred tank extraction stages, and receives an effluent from one of the stages and separates the liquid solvent containing the product from the solid to form a product-containing liquid and a product-depleted solid.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for purifying a gas comprising: a) feeding the gas (1) to an absorber (5) and bringing into contact said gas (1) with a stream (3) (or alternatively (3′)) to obtain a liquid (4) and a purified gas stream (2); b) feeding the liquid (4) to a conditioning tank (9) and adding a mineral nutrient medium (6) and a suitable amount of base (7) to the liquid (4) to obtain a liquid effluent (8); c) feeding the liquid effluent (8) to an anaerobic bioreactor (14) to obtain a biomethane stream (11) and a liquid stream (12); d) feeding the liquid stream (12) to a degasser (20) to obtain a gas stream (18) and a stream (3′); and e) recirculating the stream (3′) by feeding it to the absorber (5).

摘要: Apparatuses for controlling emissions of carbon capture facilities and associated methods are disclosed that generally involve a chamber defining at least one washwater packing. The exemplary apparatuses further include at least one washwater return line, a UV treatment zone and a hydrogen peroxide treatment zone. The UV treatment zone generally receives UV energy sufficient to substantially destroy a first emission compound and the hydrogen peroxide treatment zone generally receives a hydrogen peroxide medium sufficient to substantially oxidize a second emission compound to a less volatile final product. An alternative exemplary apparatus generally involves a UV treatment zone and an ozonation treatment zone, further including a hydrogen peroxide treatment zone applied within the ozonation treatment zone. The exemplary methods generally include applying at least one of a UV treatment, a hydrogen peroxide treatment and an ozonation treatment.

摘要: This present disclosure relates to processes for removing contaminants from hydrocarbon streams, e.g. removing chlorides, CO2, COS, H2S, AsH3, methanol, mercaptans and other S- or O-containing organic compounds from olefins, paraffins, aromatics, naphthenes and other hydrocarbon streams. The process involves contacting the stream with an adsorbent which comprises a zeolite, an alumina component and a metal component e.g. sodium, in an amount at least 30% of the zeolite's ion exchange capacity.

摘要: The present invention is directed to aminosilicone solvent recovery methods and systems. The methods and systems disclosed herein may be used to recover aminosilicone solvent from a carbon dioxide containing vapor stream, for example, a vapor stream that leaves an aminosilicone solvent desorber apparatus. The methods and systems of the invention utilize a first condensation process at a temperature from about 80° C. to about 150° C. and a second condensation process at a temperature from about 5° C. to about 75° C. The first condensation process yields recovered aminosilicone solvent. The second condensation process yields water.

摘要: Provided is a solvent separation method and a solvent separation apparatus in which a vaporized solvent is collected at one internal side of a solvent separation unit by attracting the vaporized solvent based on electric field, while the vaporized solvent is prevented from coming into contact with electrodes, and the collected solvent is discharged from the solvent separation unit. Different electric fields are alternately applied to a pair of first electrodes and a pair of second electrodes present at predetermined locations inside a tetragonal tubular solvent separation unit to attract a vaporized solvent toward the second electrodes. Thus, the vaporized solvent is collected in a space between the second electrodes inside the solvent separation unit, and the collected solvent is discharged from the solvent separation unit, together with a portion of the exhaust atmosphere present around the collected solvent.

摘要: Provided are a solvent separation method, a solvent separation apparatus, and a solvent separation system that make it possible to easily collect a solvent removed from an exhaust atmosphere and that sake it possible to easily carry out maintenance of exhaust gas pathways. An impeller placed in a storage space of a casing is rotated to introduce a gas including a volatilized solvent from an inlet of the casing into the storage space, and the volatilized solvent is cooled and devolatilized by a collection face that has been cooled so as to have a surface temperature lower than the temperature of the gas, to thereby separate the solvent from the gas.
