    摘要: The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing composition which generate fire extinguishing substance by high temperature sublimation; the fire extinguishing composition comprising a fire extinguishing material which, in a heating process, can sublimate and release a fire extinguishing substance with fire extinguishing properties; the content of the fire extinguishing material is at least 80 wt %. When the fire extinguishing composition is in use, a pyrotechnic agent as a heat source and a power source; and the purpose of fire extinguishing is achieved by: igniting the pyrotechnic agent, generating a large quantity of fire substance from the fire extinguishing composition in the use of high temperature produced by burning pyrotechnic agent, and the fire substance sprays out together with the pyrotechnic agent. When compared with traditional aerosol fire extinguishing systems, gas fire extinguishing systems and water type extinguishing systems, the present invention can provide a more efficient and safer fire extinguishing composition.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a novel aging-resistant aerosol generating agent and preparation method thereof. The aging-resistant aerosol generating agent in the present invention comprises oxidizer, reducer and bonding agent, wherein the oxidizer is potassium nitrate, the bonding agent is phenolic resin, and the reducer is melamine; the weight percentages of the three constituents are: potassium nitrate: 60˜80%, phenolic resin: 8˜15%, and melamine: the rest. In the preparation process, phenolic resin is dissolved in ethanol to give phenolic resin solution at concentration by 40˜50 wt %; the oxidizer and reducer are pulverized, mixed, and then the phenolic resin solution is added to the mixed powder; next, the mixture is agitated, pelletized, dried, and shaped by pressure molding. Compared to that in the prior art, the aerosol generating agent in the present invention has higher fire suppression efficiency and higher fire suppression rate, and greatly improved aging resistant performance.

    摘要: The present invention provides an aerosol fire suppression apparatus with a high temperature ablation resistant thermal insulating layer and preparation method thereof, wherein the aerosol fire suppression apparatus comprises enclosure, thermal insulating layer, aerosol generating chemical agent, cooling material, and initiator. The thermal insulating layer is made of silicone rubber material, comprising silicone rubber substrate, cross-linking agent, fire retarding agent, high temperature resistant material, coupling agent and catalyst. The preparation method of the aerosol fire suppression apparatus comprises: casting aerosol generating chemical agent and silicone rubber into an integral piece in a mold, and cross-linking and solidifying at room temperature, to form a thermal insulating layer; loading the initiator in the chemical agent, filling a cooling material over the initiator, and covering the cooling material with a screen; loading the thermal insulating layer that contains the aerosol generating chemical agent, initiator, and cooling material into the enclosure of the apparatus, and sealing the thermal insulating layer with a cover. Compared to existing apparatuses in the prior art, the apparatus in the present invention has the following advantages: the silicone rubber casting process is simple and suitable for mass production; the silicone rubber thermal insulating layer delivers good heat insulation effect; the packed aerosol generating agent can burn stably without flying flame or explosive burning phenomenon.

    摘要: A fire-extinguishing aerosol composition for heavy current electric apparatuses is disclosed, which includes oxidant, combustible, adhesive and additive. The composition of the present invention is characterized in that the oxidant is the mixture of the potassium salt and the strontium salt, in which the content of the potassium salt oxidant is more than 20 mass % to less than or equal to 35 mass % of the total mass of the composition, and the content of the strontium salt oxidant is more than or equal to 30 mass % to less than 48 mass % of the total mass of the composition. In the fire-extinguishing aerosol composition of the present invention, the mean particle diameter of all components is less than or equal to 50 μm. After quenching the fire in a space with the heavy current electric apparatus, the fire-extinguishing aerosol composition of the present invention can ensure that the insulation resistance of the heavy current electric apparatus is more than or equal to 20 MΩ. The fire-extinguishing aerosol composition of the present invention is more reasonable than the prior art, friendly to the environment, and applicable to the heavy current electric apparatuses.
