摘要: In an amplifier device including a driving amplifier circuit and a push-pull output circuit, the push-pull output circuit consisting of a first amplifier portion which turns "on" when the drive current of the driving amplifier circuit decreases, and a second amplifier portion which turns "on" when the drive current increases, the improvement comprising the first protective circuit which is disposed on the input side of the first amplifier portion so as to branch an input current when the first amplifier portion falls outside its allowable operating range, and the second protective circuit which is disposed on the input side of the driving amplifier circuit so as to branch an input current when the second amplifier portion falls outside its allowable operating range, whereby even when the drive current of the driving amplifier circuit becomes large, the constituent parts of the push-pull output circuit can be reliably protected from being destroyed.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a brushless motor driving circuit capable of clamping an output voltage at a proper voltage, even when a power source voltage changes. Namely, a pre-driver circuit generates a voltage for driving a brushless motor from a source voltage by turning on/off first and second PMOS transistors and first and second NMOS transistors in an H bridge circuit of a drive voltage generating circuit, and applies the voltage to a coil of the brushless motor. A first clamp circuit turns on/off the first NMOS transistor on the ground side so that the output voltage at a first output terminal becomes equal to or lower than the source voltage. A second clamp circuit turns on/off the second NMOS transistor on the ground side so that output voltage at a second output terminal becomes equal to or lower than the source voltage.

摘要: A push-pull output circuit which is capable of producing a relatively-high maximum output voltage without the use of a bootstrap capacitor provides positive and negative half cycle output circuits which are constructed as inverted Darlington output circuits to which current mirror circuits and level shifting elements are coupled. 摘要: A phase compensator circuit for a multistage amplifier circuit is made up of two capacitors which are connected between input and output terminals of a first amplifier circuit, and a resistor which is connected between a common juncture of the two capacitors and an output terminal of a second amplifier circuit succeeding to the first amplifier circuit. The phase compensation is carried out substantially by the two capacitors in a high frequency region, and by the resistor and the capacitor intervening between the input terminal of the first amplifier circuit and the output terminal of the second amplifier circuit in a low frequency region.
