Abstract:
Design rules for circuit patterns of a semiconductor device are identified, and schematic layouts of the circuit patterns are generated according to the design rules. Lithography friendly layout (LFL) circuit patterns are generated from the schematic layouts. Target layout circuit patterns are generated from the LFL circuit patterns. Optical proximity effect correction (OPC) is performed on the target layout circuit patterns to generate OPC circuit patterns. A mask is fabricated from the OPC circuit patterns, and may be used fabricate a semiconductor device.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a thin film transistor substrate and a display device including the same, and provides a thin film transistor substrate and a display device including the same, which can prevent damage of elements due to static electricity by forming, in each unit pixel region where a pair of first and second pixel electrodes, a pair of first and second drain electrode plates that are connected to the first and second pixel electrodes and to connected to drain terminals of thin film transistors, and can obtain a dot inversion driving effect through line inversion driving by connecting the first drain electrode in one pixel region to the first drain electrode plate, connecting the second drain electrode in the one unit pixel region to the second drain electrode plate, connecting a first drain electrode in another unit pixel region neighboring the one unit pixel region to the second drain electrode plate, and connecting a second drain electrode in another unit pixel region to the first drain electrode plate.
Abstract:
A flash memory device comprises a first group of dummy memory cells disposed between source selection transistors, which are coupled to a source selection line, and memory cells coupled to a first wordline. The flash memory device further comprises a second group of dummy memory cells disposed between drain selection transistors, which are coupled to a drain selection line, and memory cells coupled to the last wordline. The flash memory device is configured to prevent program disturbance in deselected cell strings and degradation of programming/erasing speeds in a selected cell string.
Abstract:
The object of this invention is to provide a hinge apparatus for mobile phones. In the hinge apparatus, a fixed cam is installed in a rotary hinge part, in place of a fixed hinge part, different from conventional hinge apparatuses. Therefore, the design of elements of the hinge apparatus can be preferably changed so as to allow the elements to be easily and simply assembled into a single structure without being scratched. It is thus possible to minimize wobble of the hinge apparatus due to scratches of the elements, and prevent a degradation in the operational performance of the hinge apparatus caused by the wobble.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a waveguide type optical device utilizing a nonlinear refractive index change according to a large 3rd order nonlinear optical phenomenon. The waveguide type optical device includes a signal beam waveguide through which a signal beam propagates; and a pump beam waveguide through which a pump beam propagates, wherein the pump beam waveguide is disposed adjacent to the signal beam waveguide so that the pump beam can be coupled to the signal beam waveguide, the signal beam waveguide is made of nonlinear optical materials with large 3rd order nonlinear optical property and the pump beam waveguide is made of linear optical materials, and the wavelength range of the signal beam is different from that of the pump beam. By such a structure, the pump beam is coupled to one arm of the signal beam waveguide, thereby generating a 3rd nonlinear phenomenon on one arm of the waveguide through which the signal beam passes. Therefore, the waveguide optical device which implements an all-optical communication device operating as an optical device and can be integrated is provided.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hard rooftop tent mounted and used on the roof of a vehicle or trailer. To this end, according to the present invention, automatic erection is performed by erection means installed directly on first and second partition walls constituting front and rear upright skeleton walls among the front and rear upright skeleton walls and both side walls formed as one unit between a lower case and an upper case to form and eliminate an inner activity space through the unlocking operation of locking means. Accordingly, the erection structure of the front and rear upright skeleton walls is considerably simplified. Furthermore, the front and rear upright skeleton walls and the side walls can be securely accommodated and stored inside the lower and upper cases made of hard materials. Furthermore, the moisture water generated due to dew condensation can be easily removed through a trench.
Abstract:
A robot cleaner and a method for controlling the same are provided. A region to be cleaned may be divided into a plurality of sectors based on detection data collected by a detecting device, and a partial map for each sector may be generated. A full map of the cleaning region may then be generated based on a position of a partial map with respect to each sector, and a topological relationship between the partial maps. Based on the full map, the robot cleaner may recognize its position, allowing the entire region to be completely cleaned, and allowing the robot cleaner to rapidly move to sectors that have not yet been cleaned.
