    Abstract: Design rules for circuit patterns of a semiconductor device are identified, and schematic layouts of the circuit patterns are generated according to the design rules.     Abstract: The object of this invention is to provide a hinge apparatus for mobile phones. In the hinge apparatus, a fixed cam is installed in a rotary hinge part, in place of a fixed hinge part, different from conventional hinge apparatuses. Therefore, the design of elements of the hinge apparatus can be preferably changed so as to allow the elements to be easily and simply assembled into a single structure without being scratched.
