摘要: The present disclosure provides a heart-rhythm signal-processing method, including the following steps: obtain PPG signals; perform a labeling operation to determine whether inappropriate signal data exist in the PPG signals and label the inappropriate signal data; perform a first separation operation to remove the inappropriate signal data from the PPG signals and separate the PPG signals into continuous signal segments; find peak positions of the continuous signal segments; perform a second separation operation to separate the continuous signal segments into sub-signal segments according to the number of peaks required for interpretation; perform a feature-extraction operation to obtain feature values respectively corresponding to each of the sub-signal segments, wherein the feature values are relative to peak-to-peak intervals (PPI) of the sub-signal segments; perform a judgement operation to judge the feature values using a judgement model and determine whether the heart rhythm of the subject is belong to Atrial Fibrillation.

摘要: A tube-docking holding device includes a first connector bracket and a second connector bracket. The first connector bracket includes two shells. When the two shells are closed, a first accommodation space is surrounded for fixing a portion of a first connector assembly of a catheter. The second connector bracket includes a base body and a cover body. The base body includes a first inner shell and a first outer shell. The cover body includes a second inner shell and a second outer shell. When the cover body and the base body are closed, the first inner shell and the second inner shell surround and define a second accommodation space for fixing a portion of a second connector assembly of a dialysate tube. An interconnected guiding space is formed between the first inner shell and the first outer shell and between the second inner shell and the second outer shell.

摘要: A tele-care management system for peritoneal dialysis (PD) includes at least a container, a holder, a removable detection device and a mobile device. The container is for placing effluent fluid of peritoneal dialysis. The holder is for placing the container. The removable detection device includes a detection unit, a processor and a communication interface, wherein the processor detects the turbidity and the chrominance of the effluent fluid and performs a quantitative analysis on the effluent fluid, and generates a turbidity prediction value based on the detection result of the detection unit. The processor respectively calculates first and second turbidity values, which correspond to first and second turbidity respectively, for the effluent fluid according to first and second algorithms and selects one from the first and second turbidity values to generate the turbidity prediction value based on a predetermined threshold value sent to a mobile device for further processing.

摘要: The present invention discloses a two-stage locating device and the method thereof. In stage-one, the preliminary locating device finds the approximate area of the locking hole encircled with the magnetic material on the intramedullary nail. In stage-two, the pinpoint device has a plurality of targeting devices and includes a transparent plate with a plurality of alignment lines. According to the deviations between each pointing device and the alignment lines, the direction of the pinpoint device for further adjustment can be determined. The present invention can determine the position and the orientation of the locking hole on the intramedullary nail quickly and precisely to shorten the time spent to implant the intramedullary nail. Furthermore, the present invention can also have a conductive circuit to connect to an alarm device. Thus, the precise location can be determined through the different alarm signals based on the contact conditions between each directing devices and the conductive circuit.
