    摘要: A terminal is provided on a first face of a conductive plate member. A holder member holds a shielded wire therein. The holder member is provided with a conductive part. The holder member is attached on a second face of the plate member, so that the shielded wire is electrically connected to the terminal. A resilient contact member is interposed between the holder member and the second face of the plate member. The contact member includes a flat face portion which is brought into surface contact with at least one of the conductive part of the holder member and the second face of the plate member.

    摘要: In a shielded connector adapted to be directly attached to an apparatus, contact pieces bendingly project from a metal shell which is attached to a connector housing and surrounds a terminal housing portion. An elastic contact portion is disposed in each of the contact pieces. When a flange of the connector housing is attached to an electric apparatus, the elastic contact portion is compressively deformed in an elastic deformation amount range so as to be pressingly contacted with an electrically conductive casing of the electric apparatus, whereby the contact pressure between the contact pieces and the casing is held.

    摘要: The waterproof structure for a charging connector includes a body cover for opening and closing the opening of a recessed portion formed in a vehicle body, and also includes a waterproof cap for covering a charging connector arranged to project from the bottom surface of the recessed portion. The waterproof cap is journalled openably and closably near a connecting opening formed in the charging connector, and a cam surface is provided around the axis of the journalled portion of the waterproof cap. The waterproof cap can be switchingly moved in its opening and closing directions by an elastic member contactably disposed with the cam surface. When the body cover is closed, then the waterproof cap is pushed by the body cover, thereby closing the connecting opening of the charging connector.

The electrical contact portion is inserted into and connected to a female terminal. The insulating member includes a to-be-received portion accommodated in the electrical contact portion and a to-be-exposed portion. The electrical contact portion includes a bottom wall upon which the to-be-received portion is disposed, and a top wall. The to-be-received portion is positioned between the bottom wall and the top wall having a securing engagement portion brought into engagement with the to-be-received portion. The male terminal is made by placing the to-be-received portion upon the bottom wall while the bottom wall, the top wall, and the securing engagement portion are flush with each other, bending them such that the to-be-received portion resides between the top wall and the bottom wall, and bringing the securing engagement portion into engagement with the to-be-received portion.
