    摘要: A signal transmission cable includes at least one internal conductor, an insulator, and an external conductor. The at least one internal conductor is formed in an elongated shape and is configured to transmit a signal. The insulator covers the internal conductor. The external conductor is a band-shaped resin tape having characteristics of an elongation percentage of equal to or more than 30% and a volume resistivity of equal to or less than 4×10−4 Ω·cm. The external conductor is configured to be wound around the insulator.

    摘要: A ceramic substrate is provided with a flat plate-shaped insulating base composed of a ceramic, a first brazing material layer provided on a first main surface of the insulating base, second brazing material layer provided on a second main surface of the insulating base, a circuit plate composed of a metal and fixed through the first brazing material layer to the insulating base on a first main surface-side, and a heat dissipation plate composed of a metal and fixed through the second brazing material layer to the insulating base on a second main surface-side. A thickness of one of the heat dissipation plate and the circuit plate is larger than a thickness of the other. When the thickness of the heat dissipation plate is larger than the thickness of the circuit plate, a thickness of the first brazing material layer is larger than a thickness of the second brazing material layer. When the thickness of the circuit plate is larger than the thickness of the heat dissipation plate, the thickness of the second brazing material layer is larger than the thickness of the first brazing material layer.

    摘要: A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises ten or more layers of magnetic strips each formed in a band shape with a short side and a long side. The magnetic strips are aligned and arranged in a plate shape in each of the layers such that the long sides of the magnetic strips are adjacent to each other. The layers comprise first layers, in which the long sides of the adjacent magnetic strips overlap, and second layers, in which the long sides of the adjacent magnetic strips do not overlap. The first layers comprise at least two stacked layers. A position of the long side in one layer included in the second layers is separated from a position of the long side in another layer included in the second layers by 0.5 mm or more in a direction in which the short side extends.

    摘要: A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises laminate substrates each comprising two or more stacked layers of band-shaped magnetic ribbons. The laminate substrates are arranged side by side in a plate shape in a direction in which long sides of the laminate substrates are adjacent to each other and short sides of the laminate substrates extend. The plate shapes each provided by the laminate substrates arranged side by side are stacked in a thickness direction of the laminate substrate. Ten or more layers of the magnetic ribbons are stacked in total. Positions of the long sides of the laminate substrates adjacent to each other in a direction in which the laminate substrates are stacked are different and separated from each other by 0.5 mm or more in the direction in which the short sides extend.
