摘要: A signal transmission cable includes at least one internal conductor, an insulator, and an external conductor. The at least one internal conductor is formed in an elongated shape and is configured to transmit a signal. The insulator covers the internal conductor. The external conductor is a band-shaped resin tape having characteristics of an elongation percentage of equal to or more than 30% and a volume resistivity of equal to or less than 4×10−4 Ω·cm. The external conductor is configured to be wound around the insulator.

The Ni-based alloy excellent in corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance includes, by mass %: Cr: 8.5% to 23.0%; Mo: 8.5% to 27.0%; Ta: 0.5% to 2.5%; W: 15.0 to 51.0%; and C: 1.0 to 3.5%, the balance being Ni and unavoidable impurities, in which the mass ratios Ni:Cr:Mo of Ni, Cr and Mo are 2.5 to 3.5:1:1.0 to 1.5.

摘要: A method for producing a sintered R-T-B based magnet includes: preparing a sintered R-T-B based magnet work (R is a rare-earth element; and T is at least one selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Al, Mn and Si, and contains Fe with no exception); preparing an RL-RH-B-M based alloy; and a diffusion step of performing heat treatment while at least a portion of the RL-RH-B-M based alloy is attached to at least a portion of a surface of the sintered R-T-B based magnet work. In the RL-RH-B-M based alloy, the content of RL is 50 mass % or higher and 95 mass % or lower, the content of RH is 45 mass % or lower (including 0 mass %), the content of B is 0.1 mass % or higher and 3.0 mass % is lower; and the content of M is 4 mass % or higher and 49.9 mass % or lower.

摘要: An Fe—Co-based alloy bar and a method for manufacturing same, whereby excellent magnetic properties can be reliably obtained. The method for manufacturing an Fe—Co-based alloy bar comprises a heating straightening step for applying tensile stress to a hot-rolled material of an Fe—Co-based alloy while heating the hot-rolled material to a temperature of 500-900° C. Preferably, ohmic heating is used as a heating means in the heating straightening step. In addition, the Fe—Co-based alloy bar has 20% or more by area ratio of crystal grains having a grain orientation spread (GOS) value of at least 0.5°.

摘要: A ceramic substrate is provided with a flat plate-shaped insulating base composed of a ceramic, a first brazing material layer provided on a first main surface of the insulating base, second brazing material layer provided on a second main surface of the insulating base, a circuit plate composed of a metal and fixed through the first brazing material layer to the insulating base on a first main surface-side, and a heat dissipation plate composed of a metal and fixed through the second brazing material layer to the insulating base on a second main surface-side. A thickness of one of the heat dissipation plate and the circuit plate is larger than a thickness of the other. When the thickness of the heat dissipation plate is larger than the thickness of the circuit plate, a thickness of the first brazing material layer is larger than a thickness of the second brazing material layer. When the thickness of the circuit plate is larger than the thickness of the heat dissipation plate, the thickness of the second brazing material layer is larger than the thickness of the first brazing material layer.

摘要: A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises ten or more layers of magnetic strips each formed in a band shape with a short side and a long side. The magnetic strips are aligned and arranged in a plate shape in each of the layers such that the long sides of the magnetic strips are adjacent to each other. The layers comprise first layers, in which the long sides of the adjacent magnetic strips overlap, and second layers, in which the long sides of the adjacent magnetic strips do not overlap. The first layers comprise at least two stacked layers. A position of the long side in one layer included in the second layers is separated from a position of the long side in another layer included in the second layers by 0.5 mm or more in a direction in which the short side extends.

摘要: A nickel-coated copper foil suitable for mass production, to which YAG laser welding can be applied while reducing the electrical resistivity by forming a nickel plating layer with a thickness of 0.5 μm or less on a surface of a copper foil by Ni plating, is provided. The nickel-coated copper foil has an overall thickness of 200 μm or less, and includes a copper layer made of Cu or a Cu alloy, and a nickel plating layer made of Ni or a Ni alloy, covering a surface of the copper foil, having a thickness of 0.01 μm or more and 0.5 μm or less, and including a surface having an a* value of 0 or more and 10 or less and a b* value of 0 or more and 14 or less in an L*a*b* color system obtained by an SCI measurement method in accordance with JIS Z 8722.
