    摘要: An improved optical circulator device transfers light from a first optical fiber to a second optical fiber, and from the second fiber to a third optical fiber. The device comprises reciprocal and non-reciprocal polarization rotators, birefringent beam splitters and combiners, and a birefringent walk-off element. The invention also contains a polarization-dependent light bending device comprising two tapered birefringent plates. The light bending device compensates for an angle between a first light beam emanating from the first fiber and a second light beam exiting through the third fiber. The existence of this angle allows the first and third fibers to be coupled to the light beams using a single lens.

    摘要: This invention discloses a 3D printing apparatus and method utilizing friction stir welding (FSW). The apparatus includes a material feeding mechanism, a control mechanism, a friction stir welding (FSW) mechanism, and a friction stir welding (FSW) rotation drive mechanism. The control mechanism controls the material feeding mechanism, the FSW mechanism and the FSW rotation drive mechanism. In addition to the control mechanism, the FSW mechanism also connects to the FSW rotation drive mechanism. The method comprises the steps of: 1, start the control mechanism; step 2, the control mechanism controls the material feeding mechanism to feed filling material; step 3, print 3D product with FSW mechanism. The invention achieves additive manufacturing and 3D printing with a new friction stir welding technology. The invented method has many advantages such as can handle a wide range of raw materials, has high printing speed, has high efficiency, has low energy consumption, requires low cost, is broadly applicable in different situations, is environmentally friendly, and is easy to automate. The products manufactured following this invention is formed through semi-solid forming technology. They will have good mechanical properties and low price.

    摘要: This invention is a toilet flushing system. It consists of a button controlled pressure flushing device, a sealed water tank, a flushing valve, major and minor flushing control valves, an air induce device and a one-way water valve. The characteristic of the system is that the button controlled pressure flushing device has a water-volume adjustable valve, a flushing valve with a sealed cavity which has a water injection pipe and a water release pipe. The inlet and the outlet of the water-volume adjustable valve are connected to the outlet of the one-way water valve and water injection pipe of the flushing valve respectively. The inlets of the major and minor flushing control valve are connected to the water release pipe of the flushing valve. The outlets of the major and minor control valves are linked to the main release outlet which has large diameter and high speed on-off action. Compare with the existing pressure-assistant flushing system, its structure is simple and at the same times, the amount of water used in the minor flushing can be controlled by adjusting the flow difference between water-volume adjustable valve and the minor control valve.
