Abstract:
Machine dishwashing detergents which contain builder(s), surfactant(s), and optionally further ingredients, which comprise 0.1 to 50% by weight of one or more nonionic surfactants which, at a concentration of 0.01 g/l in distilled water, have a diffusion coefficient of at least 9·10−11m2s−1.
Abstract:
Agent for treating keratin-containing fibers, particularly human hair, comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable carrier, (a) at least one nonionic starch modified with propylene oxide, and (b) at least one additional nonionic film-forming and/or nonionic setting polymer containing at least one structural unit chosen from the structural units of formulae (M1) to (M6), wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R′ is a hydrogen atom or a (C1 to C4) acyl group, R″ and R″″ are, mutually independently, a (C1 to C7) alkyl group or a hydrogen atom, R′″ is a linear or branched (C1 to C4) alkyl group or a (C2 to C4) hydroxyalkyl group; use of the agents for temporary deformation of hair and for hair care, particularly as an aerosol hair spray or aerosol hair foam.
Abstract:
Powdery compositions for temporarily shaping human hair containing 50 to 90 wt. % of water, 0.5 wt. % to 10 wt. % of at least one other liquid having a boiling point higher than 150° C. at a pressure of 1013 mbar, at least one starch substituted with carboxy-(C1 to C4) alkyl groups, and metal oxide particles coated on the surface with fluorine-containing organic groups. The powdery compositions, when applied to hair, provide excellent hairstyle and shine. The powdery compositions can easily be applied to hair. By mechanically manipulating hair covered with the powdery compositions, cosmetic active substances are released in a targeted manner on the areas of the hair to be shaped
Abstract:
The present invention relates to detergents and rinse agents for machine dishwashing and to supply forms which combine detergent and rinse agent containing certain polymers in a single product comprising at least one polymer with cationic monomer units and at least one anionic polymer modified with phosphorus- and/or sulfur-containing groups, characterized in that the pH value of a 1% by weight solution of the anionic polymer in distilled water at 20° C. is less than pH 6.
Abstract:
Detergent portions containing at least one detersive formulation wholly or partly contained in a dimensionally stable hollow body having an enclosure that wholly or partly surrounds the detersive formulation, the enclosure being formed of an uncompressed material that can disintegrate under laundering, cleaning, or washing conditions and that gives the hollow body dimensional stability, and optionally, the dimensionally stable hollow body having one or more means forming one or more compartments therein.
Abstract:
A machine dishwasher product comprising: a) 1 to 60% by weight of nonaqueous solvent(s), b) 0.1 to 70% by weight of copolymers of i) unsaturated carboxylic acids ii) monomers containing sulfonic acid groups iii) optionally further ionic or nonionogenic monomers c) 5 to 30% by weight of nonionic surfactant(s). Also, the machine dishwasher product, packaged in portions in a water-soluble enclosure.

Abstract:
Detergents for dishwashing contain 1% up to 98.8% by weight of builders, 0.1% to 70% by weight of copolymers of unsaturated carboxylic acids and monomers containing sulfonic acid groups, and one or both of 5% to 30% by weight of nonionic surfactants and 0.1% to 30% by weight of homo- or copolymeric polycarboxylic acids or salts thereof.
