Abstract:
The present invention concerns an aqueous phytopathological formulation comprising a hydrosoluble salt of at least one aminophosphate or aminophosphonate type herbicide; at least one principal surfactant selected from alkylbetaines and alkyl(amidoalkyl)betaines, and at least one additive selected from at least one of the following compounds: (i) amines or etheramines comprising at least one hydrocarbon radical containing 2 to 24 carbon atoms, optionally polyalkoxylated; (ii) acid or non acid phosphate mono- or di-esters, optionally polyalkoxylated; (iii) alkali metal, alkaline-earth metal, ammonium, alkylammonium, alkanolammonium, iron, zinc or manganese salts of a mineral acid; and (iv) alkylmonoglycosides or alkylpolyglycosides.
Abstract:
The present invention provides novel radiopharmaceuticals comprising one to three pentapeptides, X1X2X3X4X5, independently attached to a metal chelator or bonding moiety, Ch, to which is attached a Tc-99m, Re-186, or Re-188, optionally further comprising a linking group, Ln, between-the peptides and the chelator or bonding moiety. The pentapeptide sequence binds to the tuftsin receptor and is attached at the N-terminus to Ln or Ch. These radiopharmaceuticals are useful for the diagnosis of infection and inflammation, reagents and kits useful for preparing the radiopharmaceuticals, methods of imaging sites of infection and/or inflammation in a patient, and methods of diagnosing diseases associated with infection or inflammation in patients in need of such diagnosis.
Abstract:
A magnetic core assembly and method of assembling a magnetic core assembly. The core assembly includes laminated magnetic core tightly clamped together by a pair of unitized flanged clamps. Each unitized flanged clamp has a generally flat surface and a peripheral flange. The generally flat surface defines at least one opening for receiving a coil and a number of holes adjacent the opening for receiving assembly hardware. The core is assembled by placing a first one of the two unitized flanged clamps, flange down on a generally horizontal work surface. Alignment pins are placed in one or more of the assembly hardware apertures adjacent the coil opening. The segments of the first core lamination are slidably placed on the alignment pins such that they lie on the flat surface of the first unitized flange clamp. The segments of each remaining core lamination are slidably placed on the alignment pins until the required number of laminations have been installed. After the final lamination is installed, the second of the two unitized flanged clamps is placed on the final core lamination, flat surface down, the alignment pins are removed and assembly hardware is installed and tightened.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to traffic paint compositions, which dry faster than conventional waterborne traffic paints and to a method of producing traffic paint road markings made therefrom. The traffic paint composition of the present invention includes a blend of an anionically stabilized polymer binder, a polyfunctional amine polymer having an amine and an acid functionality therein and an amount of volatile base sufficient to raise the pH of the composition to a point where essentially all of the polyfunctional amine polymer is in a non-ionic state. The traffic paint composition of the present invention further provides improved storage stability.

Abstract:
This invention provides novel reagents for the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals useful as imaging agents for the diagnosis of cardiovascular disorders, infection, inflammation and cancer, diagnostic kits comprising said reagents and intermediate compounds useful for the preparation of said reagents. The reagents are comprised of stable hydrazone modified biologically active molecules that react with gamma emitting radioisotopes to form radiopharmaceuticals that selectively localize at sites of disease and thus allow an image to be obtained of the loci using gamma scintigraphy.
Abstract:
This disclosure describes, in one aspect, methods for DNA sequencing and performing epigenomic analyses. Generally, the methods include immobilizing a plurality of copies of a DNA molecule on a surface, stretching at least a portion of the immobilized DNA molecules, and sequencing at least a portion of the immobilized, stretched DNA molecules.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and media that provide backup protection statuses for computing devices are provided herein. Some methods may include determining a backup status for a first computing device, assigning a protection status for the first computing device based upon a comparison of the backup status and a compliance schema for the first computing device, and transmitting the protection status to a monitoring device utilized by an end user.

Abstract:
Cloud-based virtual machines and offices are provided herein. Methods may include establishing a cloud-based virtual office, by providing selections, corresponding to backups of servers of a computing network, to a user interface, establishing a cloud gateway for the virtual office, virtualizing a backup for each server using a virtualization program to create the cloud-based virtual office that includes virtual server machines networked with one another via the cloud gateway, and providing a workload to the cloud-based virtual office.
