    摘要: To obtain a conversion condition which enables color reproduction with high precision based on a nonlinear output characteristic of an output device. In order to generate a conversion condition for converting data in a color space independent of a device into data in a color space dependent on a device, a condition for restricting the amount of recording material is set, an output value of a solid on which a color reproducible by an output device in a three-dimensional color space is defined is computed based on the set condition, and the conversion condition is generated based on the colorimetry value of the color reproduced by the output device corresponding to the computed output value.

    摘要: To approximate with precision the nonlinear output characteristic of an output device and enable high-precise color reproduction, a method is provided to convert a device-independent color space into an output device-dependent color space. A colorimetry value of a color patch output by the output device and represented in the device-independent color space is input, and a colorimetry value close to a conversion target value represented in the device-independent color space is extracted from the input colorimetry value. According to a distance between the input and extracted colorimetry values in the device-independent color space, there is performed a weighting process for a color value corresponding to the extracted colorimetry value and represented in the output device-dependent color space, to obtain a color value corresponding to the input colorimetry value and represented in the output device-dependent color space.

    摘要: During an electronic conference, an operator is able to have an independent meeting with a number of the participants of the electronic conference. A conference layer and a side conversation layer are provided. When side conversation is to be started, a member to participate in side conversation is selected from members participating in the conference in the conference layer, and the selected member is moved to a member panel. Upon pressing a start button, a side conversation layer is generated and displayed. Side conversation enables selected members to share information independent of the main conference. A layer select button enables to select either of the conference layer or side conversation layer. A layer copy button enables the copying of an image from the conference layer to the side conversation layer.
