    摘要: A direct current motor according to the present invention is provided with a stator 2 in which coils 4 corresponding to N phases are arranged almost at equal intervals in a circle-circumferential direction of stator cores 3, a rotor 8 in which a plurality of permanent magnets 9 are respectively arranged at positions corresponding to the coils 4 of the stator 2, and a current carrying device, having a commutator 11, for commutating direct current supplied from a power source to N-phase current in cooperation with the rotor 8 and carrying the N-phase current to each coil of the stator 2. In the internal space of the current carrying device, a plurality of noise eliminating members 23 connected with a plurality of brush holding plates corresponding to the coil phases are arranged.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation system capable of regulating the degree of valve opening with high accuracy in order to properly recirculate exhaust gas to the combustion chamber (1a) of a four-cycle engine (1) for automobiles even in the case of the diesel turbo-type car which usually generates high temperature and pressure exhaust gas. In the exhaust gas recirculation system disclosed herein, two closure valves (19, 20) are provided on the movable shaft (23) so that exhaust gas can flow into a movable space (10a) through openings formed by the movement of the two closure valves (19, 20) in their movable range. The pressure effecting on the two closure valves (19, 20) is canceled out and the movement of the movable shaft (23) is not prevented by high pressure of the exhaust gas. Therefore, even in the case of high temperature and pressure exhaust gas of the diesel turbo-type car or like vehicles, the movable shaft can be driven accurately with a relatively small power stepping motor (17).

A salient pole width of the salient poles of the first and second rotor cores is configured so as to be greater than an opening width of slots of a stator.

    摘要: As a motor is rotationally driven, a valve stem is reciprocally displaced to open or close a flow passage formed in a housing for a high temperature fluid. The motor is held via a bracket where inner surface is concavely recessed contour, and the bracket has a predetermined height and a plurality of openings are formed on the wall surface of the bracket. The housing and the bracket are made integral with each other, and supporting portions formed between adjacent openings are dimensioned to have a smallest cross sectional size necessary from the viewpoint of a strength. With this construction, an efficiency for performing an assembling operation for a motor driven type flow rate controlling valve can be improved, and moreover, a quantity of heat to be conducted from the bracket to the motor side can be reduced.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation valve comprises a housing which constructs a part of an exhaust gas path for receiving exhaust gas from an exhaust pipe of an internal combustion engine, the housing accommodating a valve mechanism for controlling the amount of flow of the exhaust gas passing therethrough, a fixed cylinder disposed in the housing, a movable cylinder assembly composed of at least one movable cylinder disposed in the fixed cylinder, a piston movably disposed in the movable cylinder assembly for controlling an opening of the valve mechanism, and a pressure applying mechanism for respectively applying pressure to the movable cylinder and the piston so as to move them through respective predetermined strokes. The exhaust gas recirculation valve can control its opening to one of a plurality of opening levels by moving the movable cylinder and piston through the respective predetermined strokes by means of the application of the pressure of air by the pressure applying mechanism, so as to provide a needed opening with reliability. Furthermore, by shortening the predetermined strokes of the movable components, there is provided the exhaust gas recirculation valve insensitive to a change in the pressure of air supplied by the pressure applying mechanism.
