    摘要: An exhaust-gas introducing passage is branched, on an outlet side of a valve, into parts, correspondingly to the number of an exhaust port of an internal combustion engine and the branching section is located at a position directly opposed to a movable valving element of the valve so as to cause exhaust gas to easily flow only in the direction of the outlet, which has introducing passages of exhaust gas communicating with a plurality of intake ports of the internal combustion engine to approach as near as possible a state in which each of the introducing passages is isolated from another introducing passages, and they assume an aspect just as if the introducing passages do not substantially communicate with one another.

    摘要: An electrical flow control valve is provided which comprises a retention section for centering a ball retained between one end of a rotor and a surface facing the end. A boss is provided which projects from a motor housing towards a motor holder, is integrated with said motor housing, and retains a bearing in a fixed position. This arrangement allows the greater axial alignment accuracy of the rotor and the stator and greater axial alignment and simplification of the structure of the motor.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a mounting device for an exhaust gas re-circulation valve which prevents the overheating, due to high temperature exhaust gas, of a stepping motor powering the opening and closing of the valve and the valve main body of an exhaust gas re-circulation valve which opens and closes the exhaust gas re-circulation passage of an engine. The valve body 201 of the exhaust gas re-circulation valve is buried in a component 100 of the engine having a lower temperature than the exhaust gas. In such a way, the high temperature of the exhaust gas may be absorbed, dispersed and radiated and as a result there is no need to provide a separate cooling structure such as a coolant chamber and the overheating of the stepping motor 300 due to high temperature exhaust gas may be prevented.

    摘要: As a motor is rotationally driven, a valve stem is reciprocally displaced to open or close a flow passage formed in a housing for a high temperature fluid. The motor is held via a bracket where inner surface is concavely recessed contour, and the bracket has a predetermined height and a plurality of openings are formed on the wall surface of the bracket. The housing and the bracket are made integral with each other, and supporting portions formed between adjacent openings are dimensioned to have a smallest cross sectional size necessary from the viewpoint of a strength. With this construction, an efficiency for performing an assembling operation for a motor driven type flow rate controlling valve can be improved, and moreover, a quantity of heat to be conducted from the bracket to the motor side can be reduced.
