Abstract:
A communication system includes a plurality of communication terminals to transmit communication information and a communication controller. Each of the communication terminals includes: a generator to generate log information on communication between the communication terminals; a storage to store log information generated by the generator; and a transmitter to upload log information that is capable of being uploaded depending on a communication line band used for the communication information. The communication controller is configured to distribute the uploaded log information to a server different from a server to control transmission of the communication information.
Abstract:
A transmission control system capable of transmitting data received from a first transmission terminal to a second transmission terminal, includes a receiver unit to receive identification information to identify the second transmission terminal or a user of the second transmission terminal, the data, and first type information that represents a type of the data, from the first transmission terminal; and a transmission control unit to control the received data not to be transmitted to the second transmission terminal in a case where the received first type information is not included in second type information corresponding to the received identification information, the second type information being managed in a management unit configured to have identification information to identify a predetermined transmission terminal or a user of the transmission terminal, associated with the second type information that represents a type of data processable by the predetermined transmission terminal.
Abstract:
A communications system includes communications terminals connected to a management server. The management server includes a terminal manager managing data center identification information-acquiring identification information items for acquiring identification information items of data centers available to a predetermined one of the communications terminals in association with the identification information items of the data centers, a service manager managing services available to the predetermined communications terminal in association with the identification information items of the data centers, and an access authorization verification processor managing access to the services, based on the identification information items of the data centers available to the predetermined communications terminal in association with the data center identification information-acquiring identification information items, and the identification information items of the data centers in association with the services available to the predetermined communications terminal when an inquiry about the services available is received from the predetermined communications terminal.
Abstract:
A communication system managing a communication conference which uses a plurality of communication terminals includes an acquisition unit acquiring electronic information related to the communication conference from a registration terminal which registers the electronic information; and a management unit registering communication identification information in association with the electronic information, the communication identification information identifying the communication that the communication terminals attend during communications between one communication terminal, which is related to terminal identification information acquired from the registration terminal, and another communication terminal of the communication terminals.
Abstract:
A transmission management system, in response to receiving a registration request for registering a candidate counterpart terminal in a candidate list of a first transmission terminal, determines whether a target of the registration request is a second transmission terminal or a group. The management system transmits, to the second transmission terminal, an approval request for requesting whether to approve registering the second transmission terminal as a candidate counterpart terminal in the candidate list of the first transmission terminal, when the target of the registration request is determined to be the second transmission terminal. The management system transmits, to an administrator terminal operated by an administrator of the group, an approval request for requesting whether to approve registering all transmission terminals in the group as candidate counterpart terminals in the candidate list of the first transmission terminal, when the target of the registration request is determined to be the group.
Abstract:
In view of the above, in one aspect of the present invention, in response to a request for registering a specific management terminal to be under management of a specific administrator, a transmission management system not only registers terminal identification information of the specific management terminal, to terminal identification information of management terminals being managed by the specific administrator, but also registers the terminal identification information of the specific management terminal from candidate counterpart terminal identification information for the other management terminals being managed by the specific administrator.
Abstract:
A playback control device includes an identification part configured to identify one of communication terminals based on identification data associated with a request to play session data including at least one of image data and sound data; a first acquisition part configured to acquire session data which has been communicated in a session in which the communication terminals have joined; a second acquisition part configured to acquire, in response to the identification data, time data representing at least a time period in which the identified communication terminal had joined the session; and a control part configured to, in response to the time data, allow playing of the session data for the time period in which the identified communication terminal had joined the session and disallow playing of the session data for the time period in which the identified communication terminal had not joined the session.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus includes a generating unit and a superimposing unit. The generating unit generates an image carrier representing a machine-readable image pattern by using information to be embedded into a first image. The superimposing unit makes a second image translucent, the second image being an image of the image carrier, and superimposes the second image onto the first image in such a manner that the second image can be mechanically read and the first image can be read by a user.
Abstract:
An management system stores information including communication state data indicating a communication state of a terminal as raw log data, and applies format processing to the raw log data to generate formatted log data before a request for obtaining communications log information of the terminal is received. When the request is received, the management system searches the formatted log data to obtain formatted log data that matches the request.
