Abstract: Devices and methods of providing joint scheduling in a full-duplex LTE system are generally described. The UE measures intra-cell interference at the UE caused by a UL transmission from each intra-cell UE, calculates a ratio of the intra-cell interference over an average inter-cell interference, determines whether the intra-cell UE is an aggressor or non-aggressor based on whether the ratio exceeds a threshold, transmits at least some of the determinations to the eNB as feedback, and communicates with the eNB based on a schedule that is dependent on the feedback such that the UE is neither an aggressor nor is subject to interference from aggressors. The schedule may also be based on wideband CQI feedback based on a ratio of an average overall DL interference plus noise over the average inter-cell interference plus noise and/or subband CQI feedback based on SINR measurements.

Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein for adjusting the conduct of routine communications of safety messages in V2X networks in order to conserve resources in participating power-limited devices while satisfying V2X system latency demands. Scheduling (e.g., timing and/or frequency) of safety message communications performed by certain UE devices participating in a V2X network may be dynamically adjusted according to various criteria, such as factors relating to the DRX cycle schedule, motion or mobility, traffic environment, and/or battery or power capabilities of the UE devices, which may conserve UE resources and power consumption. Certain UE devices may efficiently transmit safety messages to the V2X network using one of several proposed RACH-based procedures. In some embodiments, the size of safety message communications may be reduced through various compression techniques, and/or by reducing the amount of contained information, e.g., by omitting certain parameters, which may reduce the resources consumed by performing safety message communications.

Abstract: A method receives a first request from a client object at a device. The first request specifies a data source. In response to the first request, the method uploads data from the data source, stores the data as a plurality of first columns, and instantiates a first server object that provides access to the first columns. The method later receives a second request from the client object. The second request specifies a transformation of the data. In response to the second request, the method stores one or more additional columns and instantiates a second server object that provides access to the additional columns and one or more of the first columns. Each of the additional columns is constructed from the first columns according to the requested transformation, and each of the additional columns includes a plurality of data values all having the same data type.

Abstract: A device may monitor a first search space (SS) corresponding to an active first component carrier (CC), and detect first control information (CI) that identifies an inactive second CC. The device may also set up a second SS corresponding to the active second CC, and may monitor the second SS to schedule the active second CC and receive a physical data channel. The first CI may also include additional scheduling information and a start time for reception of the physical data channel. The device may operate in a first bandwidth part (BWP) according to a first communication configuration associated with the first bandwidth part, and may switch to operating in a second BWP and to operating according to a second communication configuration associated with the second BWP.

Abstract: A method is disclosed where a user equipment (“UE”) is operating in a carrier aggregation mode and connected to a first cell operating on a licensed band and a second cell operating on an unlicensed band. The method may include the UE performing a carrier sensing operation on the unlicensed band, determining, from the carrier sensing operation, a duration that the unlicensed band will be occupied, refraining from transmitting data to the second cell on the unlicensed band for the duration that the unlicensed band will be occupied and setting a transmitter in communication with the second cell to a low power mode for the duration that the unlicensed band will be occupied.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for indicating a preference to receive a single-user multiple input multiple output (SU-MIMO) or multi-user multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) transmission from an access point (AP). Embodiments include generating a standard action frame that contains an action field that species a preference to receive a SU-MIMO or MU-MIMO transmission from the AP. A station (STA) can transmit the generated action frame to the AP. The STA can receive an acknowledgement frame from the AP that indicates the AP is configured to use the requested transmission method. Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for providing maximum transmit power control when utilizing multiple radio access technologies. For example, a wireless communication device comprising two cellular radios may intend to transmit on the first radio, while concurrently transmitting on the second radio. To ensure compliance with a maximum transmit power limitation, the device may determine an allowed transmit power level of the first radio, representing a difference between the maximum transmit power limitation and the current transmit power level being transmitted by the second radio. The device may also determine a threshold power level for a communication by the first radio. If the allowed transmit power level meets the threshold power level, then the device may transmit the first communication having a power level between the threshold power level and the allowed transmit power level. Otherwise, the device may forego transmission of the first communication.
