    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to, among other things, improving data security with respect to data collection, verification, and authentication techniques associated with obtaining and transmitting identity information. For example, an identity credential may be secured using biometric information associated with a user, the biometric information being obtained using a first biometric input method of a plurality of biometric input methods. When the user is later authenticated, the authentication may be based at least in part on determining that the user has selected a biometric input method that matches the biometric input method used to secure the credential as well as providing biometric information that matches the biometric information used to secure the identity credential.

    摘要: A controller device within a home network (or any suitable network) can be configured to manage network access tokens for various accessory devices within the home network. These network access tokens can be used by the accessory devices to access the home network without needing the network owner's network password. The network access tokens can be revocable and/or for a limited time. The controller device can generate the network access tokens, and can provide them to the accessory devices (or other user devices) as well as to an access device on the home network. Once the access device is provisioned with the accessory device's network access token, the router can control whether the accessory device is to be granted access to the home network and for how long.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for indicating a preference to receive a single-user multiple input multiple output (SU-MIMO) or multi-user multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) transmission from an access point (AP). Embodiments include generating a standard action frame that contains an action field that species a preference to receive a SU-MIMO or MU-MIMO transmission from the AP. A station (STA) can transmit the generated action frame to the AP. The STA can receive an acknowledgement frame from the AP that indicates the AP is configured to use the requested transmission method. The STA can then receive data from the AP using the requested transmission method.

    摘要: A method for operating a distributed wireless audio system including several loudspeaker cabinets all of which can communicate with each other as part of a computer network. The method receives temperature data that is indicative of temperature of a first loudspeaker cabinet, which has a network master responsibility of obtaining an audio signal from an audio source and wirelessly transmitting some of the audio signal to a second loudspeaker cabinet of several loudspeaker cabinets, for playback by the second loudspeaker cabinet, while playing back some of the audio signal by the first loudspeaker cabinet. The method determines whether a thermal threshold of the first loudspeaker cabinet has been reached, based on the temperature data. The method, in response to the thermal threshold being reached, gives up the network master responsibility from the first loudspeaker cabinet to the second loudspeaker cabinet, where doing so reduces temperature in the first loudspeaker cabinet.
