    摘要: A state retention power gated cell includes a logic cell arranged in two or more rows. The logic cell has an active layer including at least a first well and a second well disposed in first and second rows, respectively. In a normal operation mode, the first well is powered with a first bias voltage, the second well is powered with a second bias voltage, the first power supply line is powered with VDDC, and the second power supply line is powered with VDD. In a standby mode, the first well preferably is powered down, the second well is powered with the second bias voltage, the first power supply line is powered with VDDC, and the second power supply line is powered down.

    摘要: An oscillator circuit includes a charge current source and first and second muxes. The first mux has a common node, a discharge node, a control node and a charge node coupled to the charge current source. The control node couples the common node to either the discharge or charge nodes. The second mux has a shared node, a reference node, a control node and a ground node coupled to ground. The second mux control node couples the shared node to either the reference or ground nodes. A capacitor is coupled between the common node and the shared node. A comparator has a non-inverting input coupled to the common node, an inverting input coupled to the reference node, and an output coupled to the first and second control nodes. A discharge current sink couples the discharge node to ground and an oscillator output is provided by the comparator.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a microscopic vision measurement method based on the adaptive positioning of the camera coordinate frame which includes: calibrating parameters of a microscopic stereo vision measurement model (201); acquiring pairs of synchronical images and transmitting the acquired images to a computer through an image acquisition card (202); calculating 3D coordinates of feature points in a scene according to the matched pairs of feature points in the scene obtained from the synchronical images and the calibrated parameters of the microscopic stereo vision measurement model (203); and performing specific measurement according to the 3D coordinates of the feature points in the scene (204). With the method, the nonlinearity of the objective function in the microscopic vision calibration optimization is effectively decreased and a better calibration result is obtained.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to SOA systems migration and provide a method, system and computer program product for SOA lifecycle model migration. In one embodiment of the invention, a method for migrating a process model in a monolithic application to an SOA lifecycle model in an SOA based system can be provided. The method can include selecting process steps implemented by code assets in a code base for the monolithic application, mapping the selected process steps to corresponding ones of the code assets, and determining entry and exit points in the code assets for establishing callbacks into services defining the SOA based system. Thereafter, callbacks to the determined entry and exit points can be established and the services can be deployed.
