An actuator unit is mounted in a pillar of the vehicle, and a linking rod is linked to a rack bar, which linearly reciprocates along an axial direction provided at this actuator unit. This linking rod protrudes from the pillar through the opening formed in an interior trim, and the other end thereof is linked to a back door. Moreover, this actuator unit is disposed so that a moving direction of the rack bar inclines on a vehicle-rear side by an opening/closing inclination angle &agr; with respect to a direction perpendicular to the vehicle and inclines inward in a vehicle-width direction by a width inclination angle.

    摘要: The wiper system with translational motion is additionally capable of moving the wiper arm in angular motion at an auto stop position so that the wiper blade may be stowed away from the view of the vehicle operator when the wiper system is not in use. The retracted position may be defined immediately below the lower edge of the windshield. When a mist switch is turned on so as to effect a quick wiping action, the wiper arm can angularly move from the retracted position to the upright position. When the wiper arm is already in the translational motion, turning on of the mist switch may increase the speed of the translational motion. To prevent the wiper blade from obstructing the view of the vehicle operator in an intermittent mode, the position of the temporary stop of the wiper blade may be selected at the reversing position which is remote from the vehicle operator. If the interval of the intermittent operation of the wiper arm is relatively short, the position of the temporary stop may then be selected at the auto stop position because the duration of the temporary stop is so short that the obstruction of the view of the vehicle operator is insignificant.

Instead of the conventional error correcting codes produced in a sector, error correcting code interleaved among sectors is generated. Otherwise, double codes are formed by decreasing parity number of the conventional error correcting codes produced in the sector and adding error correcting code interleaved among the sectors instead. The length of burst error correction of recorded data is increased by interleaving error correction code among the sectors. Further, the efficiency of use of disk can be improved since parity sector is not used and, in addition to this, the speed of processing can be improved since there is no need to read out unnecessary sectors during correction.

    摘要: According to this invention, the original cassette accommdates the color originals having difference sizes The original cassette is mounted on an original board. Plane scanning is carried out without causing flare by use of an image sensor in accordance with a transmissive method or a reflective method. Auxiliary scanning is then effected after executing a linear reading process, thereby obtaining image data of the whole. Printing plates of CMY and black (K) are directly outputted. Processing is performed by executing rough prescanning and fine main scanning when reading the image. The conditional parameters for processing the images are automatically (or manually) set based on the data stored. The images can be outputted at a high efficiency from a relation between the original and the photosensitive material. The image processing system of this invention has a function to indicate a speed preference mode, a photosensitive material consumption preference mode an a quality preference mode. When indicating the speed preference mode, an output pattern having the least number of scannings is selected. When indicating the photosensitive material consumption preference mode, there is selected an output pattern in which the top end of the printing plate to be outputted is the closest to the output original point. In the case or indicating the quality preference mode, the quality of the output image is enhanced by increasing the read resolution in the input unit. In this case, the optical magnifications are calculated, wherein the short and long sides of the original reading range undergo the main scanning.

The pivot bearing fixing structure comprises slits formed in facing end surfaces of the bearings so as to divide the end portion of each bearing into an inner circumferential portion and an outer circumferential portion, ridges protruding inward radially from an inner surface of the inner circumferential portion of each bearing, the ridges being notched at a predetermined circumferential spacing so as to be elastically deformable radially outward, and recesses provided on an outer circumferential surface of the pivot shaft so as to receive the ridges thereby to fix the bearings against axial movement.
