    摘要: The process for preparation of and the intermediate compounds such as 1H-tetrazole-5-thiol having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is alkyl, aminoalkyl, acylaminoalkyl, aryl, alkoxycarbonylaminoalkyl, halogen-substituted aryl or alkylamino-substituted aryl and R.sub.2 is hydrogen or arakyl, preferably benzyl. The compound is produced by reacting a substituted thiosemicarbazide with an aralkyl chloride, subjecting the resultant compound to diazotization, and reacting the resultant compound with a Friedel Crafts catalyst. Optionally, this may be further hydrolyzed when R.sub.1 is aminoalkyl and/or converted to conventional salts.

    摘要: An evaporated fuel treating apparatus reduces blow-through of evaporated fuel components from an atmosphere port to an outside and has a fluid circulation passage which includes at one end side a first chamber containing granulated carbon or fractured carbon, and heat storage material and at another end side a second chamber containing granulated carbon or fractured carbon and not having the heat storage material. A delay diffusion chamber is disposed between the first chamber and the second chamber, which does not have activated carbon and the heat storage material therein. An adsorption amount of evaporated fuel of granulated or fractured carbon in the second chamber is set to be not less than 2 vol % and not more than 8 vol % of a total adsorption amount of evaporated fuel of granulated or fractured carbon, and a volume of the delay diffusion chamber is larger than that of the second chamber.

    摘要: A processing simulation method and apparatus is provided, which can appropriately detect interference between a tool processing area and a shape model of a material without being affected by the accuracy of expression of a tool movement path and the shape model. A tool shape model for processing a material, that includes a strict tool shape, and a tool shape model for checking interference, that is included in the strict tool shape, are generated by tool model setting unit according to an error range set in consideration of the tool movement path and the expression accuracy of the shape model, and the processed material shape model is generated by generating a tool processing area shape model from the tool movement path during processing feed and the tool shape model for processing the material and removing the tool processing area shape model from the material shape model. The tool processing area shape model is generated from a tool movement path during fast feed and the tool shape model for detecting the interference, and the interference between the tool processing area shape model and the material shape model is detected.

    摘要: A granitic stone ( so-called Mikage-ishi)-like artificial solid material produced by impregnating a paper sheet having a granitic pattern with a thermosetting resin to give a paper containing from 25 to 60% by weight of the resin at the dry basis; drying the resin-impregnated paper sheet; and hot-pressing a laminate comprising a plurality of the dried sheets; is claimed, said paper mainly comprising (A) from 20 to 80% by weight of cellulose pulp, (B) from 2 to 40% by weight of an artificial fiber, (C) from 10 to 70% by weight of an inorganic filler less than 10 .mu.m in average diameter, and (D) from 1 to 30% by weight of a fine-grained additive consisting of grains from 10 to 500 .mu.m in average diameter, having a color hue different from that of the inorganic filler (C).The artificial granite solid material has an excellent machinability, workability, and physical properties (strength), as well as good-looking textures (inorganic material like appearance, expressing by itself heaviness, hardness, and thickness; exhibits a very granitic look as a whole) with an ornamental and luxurious appearance.

    摘要: An aminotriazine prepolymer is provided which gives resin with toughness and favorable transparency without use of filler agent by mixing 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (781 g: 6 mole), melamine (126 g: 1 mole), 95% by weight of p-formaldehyde (189 g: 6 mole as formaldehyde), p-toluene sulfonate (3.0 g), hydroquinone monomethyl ether (0.2 g) in a two liter separation flask with a stirring device, a thermometer, an air-inlet tube, and a cooling tube for removing the distillate. The mixture is heated while air is blown in. After the melamine and paraformaldehyde are dissolved in 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, at the temperature of 80.degree. C. to 100.degree. C., the reaction is continued in the temperature range of 105.degree. C. to 115.degree. C. until the quantity of extracted water is 108 g (6 mole). The triazine ring structure-containing methacrylate prepolymer thus obtained has a viscosity of 2,000 cP at 20.degree. C., a bromine number of 92.1 (Br g/100 g), and a Gardner color degree of not greater than 5.
