Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fluid dispenser member comprising a body (1), a pusher (2) axially displaceable between a rest position and a depressed position, the pusher forming a fluid dispenser orifice (24), and a flexible part (3) connecting the body to the pusher. The part forms return spring means (35) urging the pusher towards the rest position. The part also forms the moving member (38) of an outlet valve. The part also comprises support means (33) engaged with the body, and anchor means (37) engaged with the pusher. The support means are surrounded by the anchor means. The part includes an elastically deformable portion (34) that extends between the support means and the anchor means. The elastically deformable portion (34) constitutes both the return spring means (35) and the outlet valve moving member (38).
Abstract:
A refill device for a receptacle provided with a threaded neck including a receptacle, designed to contain a product to be transferred into the receptacle, a cooperation structure designed to form a connection between the first and a second receptacle, a closing structure for closing off the receptacle, a transferring structure for transferring the product contained in the receptacle to the receptacle. The cooperation structure includes a threaded base capable of cooperating with the neck, the closing structure comprises a wall closing off the base, designed to be broken off by an axial force, the transfer structure includes an axial packing designed to be placed above the wall, such that during the said screwing of the neck, the neck pushes the axial packing into contact with the wall, so as to break the wall and enable the liquid to flow by gravity.
Abstract:
A method of assembling a fluid dispenser comprising: a dispenser member (2), such as a pump, the member including an inlet tube (22; 61) in which there extends an inlet for admitting fluid into the dispenser member; a reservoir (10) for containing fluid, said reservoir comprising a cylinder (11; 11′) and a follower-piston (14) that is slidably mounted in said cylinder; and an annular dish (32; 32′) presenting an outer periphery (33) that is secured to the cylinder (11; 11′), and an inner periphery (321) defining an opening (20) of section that is small relative to the cylinder, the working volume of the reservoir (10) being defined between the dish (32; 32′) and the follower-piston (14) over a height of the cylinder, the method including the successive steps of: filling the reservoir (10) with fluid; and engaging the tube (22) in leaktight manner in the opening.
Abstract:
A makeup box comprising a bottom (1) on which is articulated a cover, a push button being mounted in the periphery of the bottom (1) opposite the axis of articulation of the cover and coacting with a catch or the like of the cover. The bottom (1) is constituted by a solid piece provided with a recess (3) running about all its internal periphery and opening (5) centrally, a front window (6) opening into the recess (3) for the reception of a push button and catches, such as ribs or tongues (8), for the push button, disposed on opposite sides of the window (6).
Abstract:
A dispensing device for fluid products comprises a receptacle having a neck (1) with a cylindrical bore and a lip (4) having a redan (4b). A pump body (2) encloses a piston pump mechanism with an axial nozzle. The body of the pump (2) is sealingly mounted on the receptacle by a sleeve (9), a skirt (5) provided on an internal wall with a transverse partition (7) having a central opening (8) adapted to receive the body of the pump (2) and a sealing joint (11) disposed between the body of the pump (2) and the lip (4) of the neck (1) of the receptacle. The skirt (5) is of an elastically deformable material, the skirt (5) having at an upper end thereof a right cylindrical portion (5a) whose external diameter is substantially equal to the internal diameter of the sleeve (9), and below the upper portion (5a) a truncated conical portion (5b) flaring outwardly downwardly and whose height is at least as great as the height of said lip (4) of the neck (1) of the receptacle. The skirt (5), below the truncated conical portion (5b), has a straight cylindrical portion (5c) whose diameter is substantially equal to the largest external diameter of the truncated conical portion (5b). The skirt (5) has on an internal surface thereof, substantially at the level of a junction between the truncated conical portion (5b) and the lower straight portion (5c), a projection (10) extending radially inwardly of the skirt (5).
Abstract:
This invention has as its subject a dispensing device for fluid-like products, composed of a container having a cylindrical drum, of which one end is provided with a movable base and the other end includes a neck which is capped by a distributor assembly including a pump with axial intake which is fitted onto a plunger sleeve. The lower face of the sleeve penetrates into the neck of the container during the fixing of the distributor assembly in the neck of the container, coming into position in sliding sealing engagement with a bearing surface of the neck.
Abstract:
An inhaler for powder products comprising a housing having an oral suction mouthpiece, a piston contained within the housing for movement in opposite directions, and an elastic member for urging the piston in one direction. The mouthpiece connects with a chamber in which the piston is located so that inhaling through the mouthpiece draws the piston toward the user's mouth. The piston includes a charging cavity for holding a charge of powder product. The cavity communicates with the internal volume of the mouthpiece as the piston is drawn toward the user's mouth whereby the charge is dispensed and inhaled by the user.
Abstract:
An atomizing nozzle usable on a vaporizer or atomizer is provided, having a unified core and valve member and a diaphragm perforated by a narrow orifice. The unitary member is axially mobile and laterally guided in a chamber within the nozzle. Additionally, the unified member has, on its end remote from the orifice, a concave circular cup in which the edges of the cup are turned toward the orifice, and, on its end nearest to the orifice, a core portion which cooperates with the diaphragm to form a system of turbulent channels which supply the orifice.
Abstract:
A fastener system for releasably fastening a dispenser member on a reservoir neck, the system having a fastener ring including flexible axial tabs for fastening around the reservoir neck, the tabs separated by axial slots; and a locking sleeve engaged around the fastener ring to lock the tabs in engagement around the neck. The sleeve forms a plurality of locking sectors that engage the tabs to lock them around the neck and a plurality of non-locking sectors not in contact with the ring. The sleeve is movable about the ring between an assembled position and a disassembled position in which the locking sectors are situated at the slots so as to enable the tabs to deform in order to disengage from the neck.
Abstract:
A fastener device for fastening a dispenser member (4) on a neck (11) of a fluid reservoir (1), the device including: a fastener ring (2) including a reception mechanism (21) and a fastener mechanism (23) for engaging around the neck (11) of the reservoir (1); and a blocking hoop (3) engaged around the ring (2) and movable relative to the ring between a provisional pre-assembled position and a final assembled position. The hoop (3) includes a clearance section (32) that, in the provisional position, is disposed around the fastener mechanism (23), but with an intermediate clearance gap (E), so as to enable the fastener mechanism (23) to move radially outwards without being hindered by the hoop (3), and is offset axially in the final position relative to the fastener mechanism (23), so as to enable the hoop to block the ring (2) on the neck (11).
