Abstract:
An applicator for dispensing adhesive is disclosed. The applicator includes a manifold, at least one dispensing module coupled to the manifold, a supply channel configured to contain at least a portion of the adhesive, a recirculation channel configured to contain at least a portion of the adhesive, and a recirculation pump assembly connected to the manifold. The recirculation pump assembly includes an inlet in fluid communication with the recirculation channel, an outlet in fluid communication with the supply channel, a gear assembly, and a drive motor coupled to the gear assembly and operable to pump the adhesive, where the drive motor is configured to operate at an adjustable number of revolutions per minute (RPM). The recirculation pump assembly can be configured to move at least a portion of the adhesive from the recirculation channel to the supply channel, such that a first pressure of the adhesive in the recirculation channel is substantially equal to a second pressure of the adhesive in the supply channel.
Abstract:
A system for actuating a member for dispensing a fluid product has a push button and a body having a well for mounting on a tube for supplying the member. The push button is axially movable over an actuating course of the member. A locking device reversibly locks the actuation by preventing movement. The locking device has an insert mounted in the bushing with the option of relative rotation, the insert having means for connecting to the member for conjoint rotation and at least one deformable stop. The locking device has a structure connected to the bushing for conjoint rotation and is arranged, by rotating the bushing relative to the insert, to deform the stop between an active state in which said stop is arranged on the actuating course to interfere with the body and an inactive state in which said stop is at a distance from the course.
Abstract:
A fluid dispenser device comprising: a fluid dispenser orifice (31); an air duct (32, 51, 52) for air under pressure, said air duct including an upstream end and a downstream end that opens out in the proximity of the orifice (31); an air expeller (4) that is suitable for being subjected to elastic squeezing and relaxation stages, the air expeller (4) being connected to the air duct (32, 51, 52) so that, during elastic squeezing stages, it delivers a flow of air through the air duct until it reaches the orifice (31); and a fluid channel (25, 33) that is connected to the air duct (32, 51, 52), the fluid in the channel (25, 33) being sucked up by the flow of air under pressure by the Venturi effect; the device being characterized in that the air expeller (4) has only a single opening (43) that is provided with a connection sleeve (5) that includes an incoming-air passage (53) that is provided with an air-inlet valve (56; 56b; 56c; 56d) that is suitable for allowing outside air to enter into the air expeller during elastic relaxation stages.
Abstract:
Pump engines and pump assemblies include a metal free fluid or product flow path and a precompression feature integrated into a piston incorporated in the pump engine.
Abstract:
A fastener ring for mounting a dispenser member, such as a pump or a valve, on a neck of a reservoir so as to constitute a fluid dispenser, the ring having a reception device suitable for receiving, in stationary manner, the dispenser member; and a fastener suitable for coming into engagement with the neck. A rupture device is provided between the reception device and the fastener so as to separate the reception device from the fastener, in such a manner as to be able to remove the dispenser member from the reservoir.
Abstract:
A fastener device for fastening a dispenser member on a neck of a reservoir, the device including a fastener ring. The fastener ring having reception mechanism for receiving, in stationary manner, the dispenser member; an annular plate for exerting axial pressure on the neck; and a fastener skirt that extends downwards from the plate, the skirt including a fastener mechanism for fastening around the neck. The ring is made of two different plastics materials, a substantially-hard first material and a flexible second material that is more flexible than the first material. The device also includes a hoop that, in the final assembled position, extends around the skirt of the ring with radial clamping. The flexible second material comes into contact with the hoop.
Abstract:
A system for dispensing a fluid product, including a device for taking the product off under pressure that is equipped with an outlet tube, the system also including a push button actuating the device in which a chamber is formed for dispensing the product that is in communication with a well for mounting the push button, the well being arranged to be associated sealingly around an area for mounting the outlet tube so as to allow supply to the chamber dispensing product under pressure emerging from the tube, the outlet tube including a vent recess having at least one opening that is formed in the mounting area and that emerges inside the tube, the opening being located on the mounting area so as to be covered sealingly by the mounting well and to open the inside of the outlet tube to open air when it is not covered.
Abstract:
A fluid dispenser including a reservoir forming a neck presenting a thread, a dispenser member, and a fastener system including a fastener ring provided with assembly means for assembling on the thread of the neck in such a manner that the ring is unscrewable from the neck over an axial unscrewing stroke. The outer wall of the neck is provided with a shoulder, and the fastener system includes a security band engaged on the fastener ring. The band axially abuts the shoulder and is secured to the fastener ring at the end of the unscrewing stroke, so as to prevent the fastener system from being removed from the neck immediately after the fastener ring has been unscrewed. The security band includes an unblocking mechanism for disengaging the band from its axial abutment with the shoulder of the neck.
Abstract:
A bottle for dispensing a fluid product including a body with a filling valve having a jet with an internal channel extending between an upstream orifice emerging on an external wall of the jet and a downstream orifice, the jet mounted in translation in a ring having an internal length delimiting an opening for introduction of the outlet tube, the external wall in the closure position being in abutment on the internal length while disposing in the opening a central length in which the upstream orifice emerges, the valve also including an external seal interposed between the external wall and the internal length, the seal having a hole opposite the upstream orifice and an actuation area in the opening opposite the central length, the actuation area being arranged to allow filling by putting the outlet tube in sealed abutment on it to move the jet into the communication position.
