摘要: The invention relates to an intermediate product based on the organic carbonates and carbamates mixture and method for the production thereof. The inventive method consists in reacting a carbamide, a substituted carbamide, a carbamic acid salt or ester or one of the N-substituted derivatives thereof in a glycol polyalkylene, polyol polyester or a polyol polyether of general formula (I), wherein R is a linear or branched alkylene group having from 2 to 12 carbon atoms and n is a number ranging from 1 to 20, or in a totally or partly hydrolysed polyvinyl alcohol of general formula (II), wherein R′ is an alkyl, aryl or acyl group having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms p and q are numbers ranging from 1 to 20, or dissolving in the mixture of said compounds with an alkaline catalyst promoting the ammonia separation. The thus free ammonia or an amine produced by the reaction mixture is removed by a stripping gas.

摘要: A coil (20) for a dynamo electric machine, particularly for the stator (33) of a hydro-generator, includes a plurality of coil rods (22, 24), running in the axial direction in a sheet metal package, whose rod ends (23, 23′; 25, 25′), which protrude from the sheet metal package, are bent from the axial direction and connected with each other, in pairs, at connection points (26, 26′). In the case of such a coil, simplified manufacturability is achieved by virtue of the fact that the rod ends (23, 23′; 25, 25′), in each case, include several straight sections (28, 30), which are separated from each other by intervening crimps (29, 29′; 32, 34).

摘要: A calender for satining paper through roll gap formed between a heated hard roll and a soft roller having an elastic covering. Overheating of an edge region of the covering, i.e., the portion not covered by the paper to be satined, may be prevented by utilizing continuous insulation belts. The insulation belt may reduce the transmission of heat from the surface of the hard roll to the elastic covering, at least in the roller gap.

摘要: A process and device for satining paper may include guiding a sheet through a roll gap defined by a heated hard roll and a soft roll having with a covering. A paper sheet width of the paper may be less than a width of a cylindrical part of each of the covering and the hard roll. The two rolls may be axially adjusted in relation to each other and in accordance with the paper sheet width. Further, the two rolls are positioned such that a first sheet edge is located adjacent a first end of the cylindrical part of the covering and a second sheet edge is located adjacent a second end of the cylindrical part of the hard roll. That is, the cylindrical parts of the covering and hard roll are positioned to be directly over each other, i.e., beyond the sheet edge, at most by a predetermined permissible edge width.

摘要: An oil burner for installation in heating or steam-raising boilers. The ber has downstream of an oil atomization device a plate having a single opening or a plurality of openings arranged in a ring coaxially of the oil atomising device, the plate opening or openings being the only throughway for combustion air. A mixing tube is arranged coaxially at a distance downstream of the plate. The mixing tube has a diameter greater than the diameter of the single opening or of a circle which encloses the plurality of openings in the plate. A flame tube positioned coaxially around the mixing tube has a length such that the flow of combustion gases downstream of the mixing tube is applied against the internal wall of the flame tube. To enable the burner alternatively to be used for burning gaseous fuel at will, an annular chamber for the supply of a gaseous fuel and having gas outlet openings in the region of the plate opening or openings is also provided downstream of and close to the plate. By the use of substantially similar component parts it is possible to manufacture a burner solely for gaseous fuel comprising the plate having a coaxial single opening or a plurality of openings, a throughway for the combustion air and an annular chamber downstream of and close to the plate for the supply of the gaseous fuel and having gas outlet openings in the vicinity of the plate opening or openings.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for improving the transportability of heavy crude oil.Proceeding from the disadvantages of the known prior art a method is to be provided, in which an additive can be used which is producible from a byproduct arising during mineral oil production. The method is to be performable with low expenditure and without any special safety precautions. Further the additive shall lead to an increased yield of conventional petroleum during subsequent refining.According to the invention, an aqueous hydrocarbon mixture having a chain length of predominantly C4 to C12 which does not contain any oxygen-containing hydrocarbon compounds is utilized. This is produced in the area of a mineral oil field from natural gas arising as by-product and/or mineral oil-associated gas. Thereby from the heavy crude oil a crude oil which is light in quality and transportable is obtained. During the subsequent refining of the light crude oil to give conventional petroleum, the amount of petroleum produced is increased by the amount of hydrocarbons present in the aqueous hydrocarbon mixture.
