    摘要: A system, device and method for neural control of respiration are provided. One aspect of this disclosure relates to an implantable medical device for sensing and controlling respiration during incidence of central respiratory diseases. According to various embodiments, the device includes a sensing circuit to receive sensed signals representative of an incidence of a central respiratory disease. The device also includes a neural stimulator adapted to generate neural stimulation signals, and a controller to communicate with the sensing circuit and to control the neural stimulator to stimulate a desired neural target in response to the detection of the incidence of a central respiratory disease. In an embodiment, the device includes a plurality of sensors which are adapted to monitor physiological parameters to detect the incidence of a central respiratory disease and to send signals to the sensing circuit.     摘要: A methods and devices for capture detection are based on sensing a propagated depolarization from a contralateral cardiac chamber. An intersite sensing interval is determined based on an intersite pacing delay and an intersite conduction delay associated with first and second pacing sites. Pacing pulses are delivered to the first pacing site and the second pacing site, the pacing pulses separated in time by the intersite pacing delay. An intersite sensing interval is timed. The process includes sensing, during the intersite sensing interval, at the first pacing site for a depolarization propagated to the first pacing site from the second pacing site. It a depolarization propagated from the second pacing site is not sensed, then capture of the first and second pacing sites is detected.

    摘要: A method of operating a cardiac therapy system to deliver cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) pacing that includes pacing both ventricles or pacing only the left ventricle is described. Delivery of the CRT pacing to one or both ventricles is scheduled for a cardiac cycle. If an intrinsic depolarization of a ventricle is detected during a pacing delay of the ventricle, then the scheduled CRT pacing to the ventricle is inhibited for the cycle. The intrinsic interval of the ventricle, such as the intrinsic atrioventricular interval concluded by the intrinsic depolarization, is measured. During a subsequent cardiac cycle, the pacing delay of the ventricle is decreased to be less than or equal to the measured intrinsic interval. Capture of the ventricle is verified after pacing is delivered during the subsequent cardiac cycle.
