    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a wireless device to perform a method including a user equipment device (UE) exchanging communications with a base station to determine one or more scheduling profiles, such as one or more scheduling-power profiles, where a scheduling-power profile may specify one or more parameters associated with UE communication behavior, e.g., one or more constraints on UE communication behavior and/or slot scheduling of UE communications. In addition, the method may include the UE receiving a slot configuration schedule from the base station. The slot configuration schedule may be based on at least one scheduling-power profile of the one or more scheduling-power profiles. Further, the method may include the UE performing communications with the base station based on the at least one scheduling-power profile.

    Abstract: A device may wirelessly communicate according to a first radio access technology (RAT) within a first bandwidth part (BWP) of a frequency spectrum in which wireless communications according to other RAT(s) also take place. The device may be instructed to operate/communicate within a second BWP of the frequency spectrum responsive to the device successfully completing a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure within a specified portion of the second BWP, where the second BWP contains the first BWP while the first BWP does not contain the specified portion of the second BWP. The device may also be instructed to operate/communicate within a specified frequency band (SFB) of the frequency spectrum responsive to the device successfully completing an LBT procedure within the SFB, where the SFB is not contiguous with the frequency band that includes the first BWP. The device may then simultaneously operate within the second frequency band and the first frequency band.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to performing cellular communication using a control information monitoring framework. A wireless device may monitor a control channel for control information according to a first periodic pattern. According to the first periodic pattern, the wireless device may monitor the control channel in a specified slot during each period of the first periodic pattern. Each period of the first periodic pattern may include multiple slots. The wireless device may receive control information during a first slot. The first slot may be a specified slot according to the first periodic pattern. The control information received during the first slot may schedule a data communication. The wireless device may monitor the control channel for control information in at least one slot that is not specified according to the first periodic pattern based at least in part on receiving control information during a specified slot according to the first periodic pattern.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods to dynamically indicate preference for self-contained slots and slot duration by a user equipment device (UE) in communication with a base station (e.g., a gNB) using a 5G NR radio access technology. A UE may determine to send an indication to a gNB indicating a preference for self-contained slots and slot duration for downlink and/or uplink communications utilizing one or more of the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), the physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and/or acknowledgement messaging (ACK/NACK) for downlink communications, and utilizing one or more of the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), the PDCCH, and/or the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) for uplink communications. The configuration of self-contained slots and slot duration for uplink and/or downlink may be based on one or more of average packet size, average packet rate, traffic type and UE processing capabilities.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a wireless device to perform methods for determining resources for scheduling side-link communications. The resources may be semi-persistent and/or dynamic resources. A user equipment device (UE) may determine a resource map for use in scheduling semi-persistent resources for side-link communications with at least one wireless node. The UE may transmit a resource map request message indicating preferred resource blocks, where each resource block may be defined by a time and a frequency. The UE may receive a confirmation message that may include a report regarding a set of resource blocks. The set of resource blocks may be from the preferred resource blocks included in the resource map request message. The UE may determine, based, at least in part, on the confirmation message, resource blocks to be used for the side-link communications and initiate the side-link communications using the determined resource blocks.
